It was not refueled. The excuse: they didn't bring the gas. They said it was better to call before arrival. I left the balloon. I dialed on Friday to check if my tank was refilled. They answered very unkindly. It was said that they had refueled. But they doubted it at the reception. They said they would clarify exactly and call back. A few minutes later, they called back and said that everything was ready, you can pick it up. I came and picked it up on Friday afternoon. When I arrive at work, I open the valve, and there is no pressure, so there is no gas. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ORGANIZATION.
