It's amazing to read how people are outraged by the "service" of the PSC😂😂😂
Apparently they do not remember what else it cost to get a certificate or passport in the noughties, and to make a residence permit was a living hell!!!
Now, when everything is done in one place, people are not ready to make a discount that ordinary people work in the PSC, and the human factor has always been and will always be!
The human factor will disappear only when there is 100% biometrics, and you can get documents simply by going to the data storage center with your face!

It took 3 hours to make an EDS! Is it really impossible to make tables separately for EDS, separately for references? Previously, when they did it themselves at computers, it was much faster, only one girl is smart who knows everything, the other managers constantly pull her because they don't know shit. There are no complaints about the staff as such, but the notary R.M. Bayakeev is something... For him, the most important thing is a simple pencil!!!! He must not be touched in any case!!! do not submit inheritance documents in any case! I am not competent in these matters. They contacted and regretted it very much, they did not consult as expected, they did not fulfill their duties as a notary (they did not know that there were no securities under the prior, but he demanded them). The law on securities has been in force since 2003, it has a license in 2009. I do not recommend this notary!!!!!

There is a queue for the consultant, he closes and leaves for lunch, Does not warn in advance so that people do not get in line. There are many screens in the waiting room showing the queue number and window, but only 2 are working! While I was waiting for my turn, the lights were turned off.
