Oh! This is something!I was only in the self-service area, but that was enough. There is a crowd of people with papers around tables with computers. There are 8-10 computers, but only 4 are working. And, characteristically, the employees of the PSC, a la "sloths" from Zveropolis, are sitting behind all of them and are engaged in self-service of the population. To the question "Can I do what I need and leave?" I received an ingenious response from one of these aunts, "I can give you a seat when your turn comes." So much for the self-service sector.... In general, I had to self-serve. I found a free computer with a mouse and keyboard (by the way, not all computers have them there), turned it on and waited for it to boot up. With grief, I found a person who could tell me the password to log in. For those who, by the will of fate, will get there - the password is from 1 to 6. I entered my personal account, sent the document to print and with a feeling of deep satisfaction I flew out of this dreary place. Good luck to all visitors!
