It's a great place. The seats on the windowsill are cozy. The bartender-waiter prepares excellent cocktails. There is beef and tuna on the menu. In other establishments, it's mostly chicken and pork. A carafe of water is served and not included in the bill.

I visited this place with a friend yesterday. There were 2 blonde girls on shift. In terms of food, no questions asked. Everything is very tasty and fresh. We were not satisfied with the service. We've been to your place before and liked everything. The girls did not immediately serve the menu, as they were very engrossed in conversation with the people behind the bar and did not even notice that new guests had arrived. They did not specify how to serve the dishes (at the same time or when ready), the order was accepted with a dissatisfied look. Dirty dishes were also waiting to be picked up. When the waiter finally noticed that we needed to pick up the plates, she first came over to talk to her friends, and only then went to get the dishes. Overall, we like the place, but the service needs to be improved.

We were the only guests, but the menu arrived only 7-10 minutes after we entered. After ordering, the waiter was too engrossed in talking to the people behind the bar that the waiting time for drinks alone was 20 minutes. The cutlery was in an unacceptable condition: stains, multiple scratches, chips on the cups. Speaking of food, they served raw beef meat, terribly bitter zucchini, which was impossible to eat. The knuckle consisted of only fat, there was little meat, but it tasted fine. The sauce was diluted with water and looked like it had expired. Of the drinks, I liked only tea, cocktails leave much to be desired. The bill was not brought separately, as requested, the waiter did not even specify how it would be paid, he simply disappeared from sight, which caused him to be delayed.

And the other day it became sharply warm outside for winter, and we remembered about this cozy place, we went to change the child's clothes in the warmth along the way, we were allowed such manipulations, we were immediately greeted so the bartender also offered water (for free!). I had to wipe the table from the crumbs myself. As well as asking to accept the order. In general, I had to go to the counter and ask for something often. The employee remembered from the third time that we wanted semi-sweet wine, confusing it with semi-dry several times. No one asked about roasting the beef, and it was hard to chew. After the main course, we were in no hurry to bring desserts, so we had to go and ask for them again. Eating a terribly dry Napoleon with a cocktail spoon turned out to be not so easy. A dirty napkin lay on the table from the moment cocktails were served until the end of the evening. But let's be lenient with the young man, he was busy with a much more important matter than serving the guests. He spent the entire time we were in the establishment flirting with the girl sitting behind the bar. I hope things will turn out better for him in his personal life than in his work. Separately, about the bathroom: the lack of toilet paper, a broken toilet seat and dirty paper even on the floor, not to mention an overflowing bucket. Disgusting.

We came to visit on the City Day, tired and hungry, we sat down on the terrace. The waiter came out to us and asked if we would like to eat. After a while, she brought out the menu. The juice was brought in 4 glasses. One turned out to be as if fermented. My husband got the glass, he decided to leave it and continue drinking. We ordered 2 soups, 2 caesars and 2 pastas. The waiter returned and said that they could only offer one mushroom soup, and bring the second tomato soup. There was only one soup left. They brought mashed soup, there's not a word about it on the menu. Caesar and chicken were served next and a pungent smell hit the nose. After sniffing, they realized that the cheese smelled like that, the rest of the ingredients tasted acceptable, and they left it. The pasta was brought to the children, maybe it's excellent, but could you think about decorating the plate not with black pepper, but with something else, for example, leave it clean?! They gave it away for 4x100p, but it wasn't worth it, absolutely.
