The most disgusting place I've ever been. This hotel has only one advantage, it has a view of the surroundings. Although many hotels on the first coastline have such a view. I'll go through the cons: 1) number: Nipped. The doors to the bathroom (compartment) are loose. The hair dryer is not about anything at all. I only dry their bangs for 5 minutes. Weak. It's barely blowing. The room is dark. There's not much light in the tub. Getting together in the evening is a huge problem. There are no hooks in the room. There's no place to hang a towel at all. There is no place to dry swimsuits and towels on the balcony. Only on the railings, which are insanely dirty. 2) if you are accommodated in a distant building, then be ready to either walk or wait for a car that will take you, God willing, 10 minutes. 3) There is no food. From the word at all. It's really not tasty, they don't know how to cook here. Except maybe shrimp. They ask for a joke, you speak average. But at the same time, the soup is brought without any spicy at all. And it's so hot that your mouth burns like hell. 4) the service is at zero. You order a beer. So to get it, you need to wait for the waiter to chat with other waiters, sit, chat with everyone he sees. But then she remembers that she has a beer waiting for her, which needs to be delivered. And he brings it as soon as he brings dinner. And you just sat there for half an hour and waited. 5) we ordered two gin and tonics in the lobby. There were more than 300 written. As a result, we were charged 1,000 baht. I understand the tax. But I don't understand how they count it so much. I'm resting here for the first day and I'm just sick of this place. This hotel deserves a maximum of 3*. A lot of other things will pop up during the rest period . But I don't think there will be a single advantage. This is the first time I've encountered such a nightmare. And keep in mind that the prices on the territory of the hotel are simply space. The margin is simply unrealistic. For example, a 0.33 cola for a hotel costs 15-17 baht, and a hotel costs 110 baht. Beer at the hotel is 40 baht, at the hotel 170 baht. The water behind the hotel is 20 baht (for 0.5), in the hotel 170 (for 0.33). And also remember that it is tedious to add + 17% tax to all prices in the hotel. Juices for every taste and choice, cooked quickly from any selected fruits or vegetables. Even a bloody Mary is made for those who wish. Champagne is not expensive for a fee. The fact that there is no beach of its own did not cause much discomfort. For us, there was a plus, to get to it we had to walk up steep stairs, we are a sports family. In general, you need to have strong legs and a good breathing apparatus to walk around the hotel, because the paths are solid steep descents and ascents. But the services of cars are always and often. There are two swimming pools on the territory, one with a beautiful view of the sea. It was problematic to find a free sunbed during the day, we always went to the sea! Naithon Beach (Naithon Beach, in some sources Naiton Beach Phuket) near Phuket airport. Such a dubious neighborhood scared me at first, but it does not violate the idyll, since the noise is inaudible at all, even in the part of the coast that is located as close as possible to the airport. There are no TV channels in Russian. And there is no Russian-speaking staff in the hotel! Translator or guide to help. Also, in general, there is some kind of incomprehensible system of the restaurant during the day / evening, so we basically never had lunch or dinner at the hotel. 2. You definitely need a moped or a car, you can't get anywhere without transport, the line by the beach is completely boring by Thai standards. 3. The price at the spa is amazing.))) In the salons of foot massage, for example, in the area of 400-600 baht, in the hotel such a service will cost 3000 baht. And this is one of the cheapest procedures.

A lot of things have been thought out: umbrellas, bathrobes in the rooms are very comfortable and stylish-I only walked in it for a couple of days, a beach bag is large, comfortable and beautiful, beach towels can be taken to the beach freely, there is a flashlight, of course a safe, a hairdryer, disposable toothbrushes and other small things, an iron and ironing board the board. The only thing that is not thought out-there is not enough dryer on the balcony, I had to hang on the back of the chair and railing. The air conditioner works perfectly. There is no fan and no mosquito net, so it is possible to sleep only with closed doors-windows and with air conditioning. We lived in Pullman from June 3 to June 18, 2024. For us, the significant disadvantages that affect our comfort are: There is no separate bed for a child of 10 years old! The Deluxe room. They put two single beds for three of us in it! How to sleep is not clear. There was an armchair in the photo from the hotel and we thought when booking that it was folding, but no, it's just an armchair. We ended up with these two single beds pushed together. It turned out to be such a bed for three people. Yes, it's big. But we are not comfortable sleeping with a child in the same bed and under the same one!blanket. There's a mattress hole in the middle. I'm honestly suffering because of this. The room really has a place to put 1 single bed and one 2 bedroom. If you check into the same room with a child of 10 years old and take payment for three, why is this not provided initially? If this hotel was 18+, then they would not accept money from us and would not give it out in the search! Of course, there are parents who sleep in the same bed with their child from birth to 10th grade, but I can't do that! We were offered to pay for another extra bed, but my dear ones, we bought a tour for three people, not for two and it cost more, why should I still pay on top of what we are obliged to provide for three? There is no gig. shower in the bathroom! A hotel of this level must have either a gig shower or a bidet. Is this a 5* hotel?)) The bathroom door does not close. The mold in the bathroom is black. The table top is stained. Plumbing is cracked. Repairs were done by hand from another place. The ceiling paint is smeared on the decorative panel. Towels with bloodstains!Bed linen with stains. We have a swimming pool under the window, but there is a BUT!You can't use the pool under the window, because it's the first time we've encountered this with children! This is generally know-how.. Adults only! There are no showers after the sea-all in the sand and salty wash in one dog shower for feet! This shower is also all rolled up, worn out, the wooden boards in the shower are broken!! Pool - pieces of tiles fall out and children constantly pull out new fallen off tiles. The children's room is small and for toddlers, but I haven't seen anything of entertainment for teenagers yet. Upon check-in, we were not told anything about the hotel, what is included, where is what, what advantages are there, and the infrastructure, what time does it open / close-0 information. I didn't expect this level from this hotel. And we also had an animal in our room-I'm not afraid of them, but my friend would definitely not appreciate it. Maybe we were so lucky and all the possible shoals happened to us. I will not recommend it to anyone! I am attaching a photo of this. On July 8, another incident happened, after which our nerves gave up - in the morning we went to the toilet and there the sewer flows out! There is yellow water in the common corridor and the stench is terrible! After our complaints, we were moved to another 7th building. In honor of this event (sewage), we were invited at the expense of the hotel for dinner, which costs 1,399 baht per person for free. But even here, of course, we did not expect that at dinner we had to stand in line in the heat for 25 minutes for meat, shrimp, and there was no question of the declared lobsters - we did not see them at all. Of course, we found something to eat, but we were very disappointed with the service. But we didn't manage to live in Building 7 for long either, and there are disadvantages there. It's like we got into a cross - a new number, new problems! The air conditioner doesn't work here! In Thailand, it's a complete disaster without air conditioning. It's impossible to sleep! We notified the Urs manager about this, called the reception at 19.45. They called the installers, but nothing could be fixed. At 23 o'clock, we reminded ourselves again. They called the reception, wrote-there were no offers on their part, only a conditional wait for the work to be carried out. But everyone is tired of waiting in the heat! The men went to sort things out at the reception and only after that we were offered another room for the night. As a result, at midnight at half past midnight, we managed to move to another room. But there's a surprise there too! There was no bed for the child! The bathroom door is broken, it does not close completely, the glass door in the bathroom is hitting the tile and the most terrible thing is the stench of mold! But the air conditioner works. At one o'clock in the morning, a bed was brought for the child. That's really how we play tag. Or this is good, but the other is not very good. Like choose the best from the worst. By passing this, we were sick and sick in a circle from all possible places. Whether it's a local virus or the quality of the food, we don't know. We spent extra money on medicines. This is our most expensive and most terrible vacation. Utter disappointment and regret for the money spent! How we wanted to take a break from work and from everyday worries, but it turned out to be the worst! What will happen next is a question. Today at 15.30 we were offered to look at other rooms and plus we were promised that 15,000 baht would be deducted from our deposit. We looked at it. We were satisfied that we would spend at least 3 nights in a normal room. I had to write a sequel. On the very first night, the air conditioner stopped working and the lights went out.
