A wonderful hotel, but nowhere is it written about the gavnyushka river, which flows past one building of the hotel and the smells are all felt. This river constantly has to be crossed on the way to the beach . By the way, the beach is for all 5, especially with children . The sand is fine and the waves are small, this is not India !

Near the beach they sell fruits, massage, shop, exchanger. The hotel tries and cares. Thanks to the General Manager and his team for their work! Drinking water in the room, near the pool. There is a good gym. Events from the hotel take place every day. Fruits on the street cost any 65 rubles per kg. Massage on the street costs 1000 rubles per hour. I recommend having a number in the Accor loyalty program. You can get free breakfasts, room upgrade, discount on accommodation at the expense of points.

A hotel with Instagram views, panoramic pools (there are two of them). Very beautiful, green area, the hotel is on the hills, the slides are steep. A fitness center with stunning views of nature. The room is fully equipped, bathrobes, slippers, beach towels with beach bags, iron with board, umbrellas. Coffee machine, mini-bar, bluetooth speaker. There is a mosquito spiral, but we didn't have any. Amazing breakfasts! A huge selection of dishes, everything is very beautifully decorated, delicious. Welcome drink and cold towels on arrival, gorgeous. The hotel itself stands on a mountain, in a small village. There is nowhere to go in the evening, but there are several cafes/restaurants to eat inexpensively. One minimarket, one exchanger, several massage parlors. The beach is without sun beds and sun loungers, everyone is resting on towels. The beach is great, small waves, great with children. The prices at the hotel are higher than in Thai, fees are separate. The deposit is $150 for 3 nights. I recommend the hotel at least for a couple of nights. Relax!

We chose this hotel on the recommendation of our friend, who had been here before and was very satisfied, but apparently during her absence the hotel has changed a lot and changed for the worse. We did not pay a small amount of money for this hotel and we definitely did not expect to get such a bad stay. And so, about the cons and pros of the hotel. I'll start with the surrounding area: 1. Next to the hotel there is a village and a beach, here you can eat in several cafes, there are really only 2 more or less normal ones. 2. Massage parlors on the beach were also visited by several, tested, as a result, one of the 3 we trusted and that, only because there is no desire to spend more the testoives are in the rest, since even their appearance is "sad" and does not inspire confidence. 3. ATMs work every other time, they don't work more often, and cash is needed here. 4. The beach is cleaned next to the hotel, but it is cleaned for show, there is always some garbage there! 5. It is quite problematic to call a taxi to decent restaurants, a shopping center, since there is no understanding for 7 people and a taxi service that 7 people will not fit into a sedan 😂 In general, near the hotel and decent, these are only beautiful views, provided that you will look from a bird's eye view from the lobby of the hotel. About the hotel territory 1. The hotel is for people who like to be on the move! You will have to move constantly, since the hotel is located on a mountain, then, for example, to use the services and services of the hotel, you will have to walk along numerous ascents and stairs, the transfer to or from the room was not waiting for a few, they simply do not have time to transport people, since there are very few cars and complex logistics for the movement of these cars. 2. There are only 2 swimming pools on site! One of them is only for adults and it is the cleanest and requires minimal repair, but a large pool where adults and children swim, tiles fall off there, my daughter even cut dirty water, floating dirt is visible in it without an armed glance. The view from the collapsing pool is gorgeous, there's no arguing! 3. Fitness, there are strictly limited places, the gym is very small and to occupy the track, you probably need to buy it out 😂 4. There is no animation here, there is absolutely nothing for children to do. 5. There are a lot of cockroaches and bugs moving around the territory, but that's okay, it's Thai, but not all girls with such a neighborhood are ready to live in a hotel. 6. Showers near the pool, in one of my daughter's legs got stuck (my daughter is 5 years old), she got stuck between the cracks in the boards. A few days later, apparently someone else was in the same shower room and it was repaired for a couple of days. 7. Next to the lobby there is only one location where you can cool off, there is air conditioning, but there are people there all the time and the number of seats is very limited (in summer, the room has a billiard table, several monoblocks, TV and sofa. 8. The staircase that leads from the hotel to the beach is an attraction, you can break there, because the climb is very steep and the steps are very high and curved, and in some places they are not even steps, but just some pieces of cement, stones. 9. In the morning, you will wake up early not from the singing of birds, but from cleaning the territory from foliage, they clean it with battery tools and every day, they are quite noisy, so you will not get enough sleep) About the hotel service 1. There are no Russian speakers here and not everyone can speak English, sometimes you need to complete such a quest to achieve what you want. 2. Spa, only for an additional fee. 3. Food and drinks, the main disadvantage is the cost, since they do not cook at the level stated in the price list. We somehow organized a dinner to compensate for the inconveniences provided, so we had to stand in line for food and all this in the heat, there was also an air conditioner that was not working. 4. You can get to the restaurant without booking, but you will have to wait a couple of hours or take a taxi for about 1000 baht and go to the nearest restaurant. 5. Yesterday, the air conditioners in our building broke down in the afternoon and of course by the evening it was impossible to stay in the room, high humidity and heat are doing their job! After long conversations, we were moved from one room to another, and a room of a smaller category, but we were moved only after we arrived at the reception, the issue was not resolved by phone. We had to spend the night in this room, but it has a terrible smell of dampness, I do not know how vacationers should spend their holidays in such a room. About the rooms: 1. Everything is morally and physically outdated, it's not 5 *, it's 3-4 maximum! 2. Cleaning every day, there are no questions here. 3. Cockroaches are running around, here xs is how it relates. 4. For 2 adults and 2 children, there are 2 small beds and a cot, there are no other options here. By the way, this is not the easiest room category for us)) and as you know, we paid extra for this and not a little, "this" is a cot. We are 7 people, 2 families and 2 rooms.And then a few emergency situations , briefly: 1. The sewage system became clogged, they were moved to another room. 2. The air conditioners broke down, they were moved to another room for a while. 3. A downpour and it is not possible to wait for the transfer from the room for breakfast, as a result, we walked in the rain with children in our arms. I have never written a review about a hotel where people rested with such a negative mood. We had a lot of family vacations and it wasn't the first time in Tae, but with such "pleasure" for the first time! In general, I wrote this because I don't want people to spend their holidays as "qualitatively" as we do!
