An ambiguous impression of the clinic and especially of the pricing policy. The discrepancy between the price list, which is publicly available on the site, and the actual price, which was named as a result of the request. On March 19, we had an initial examination with a cat at the doctor Sonova A. Complaints of lack of appetite, we only had an ultrasound scan of the abdominal region from two years ago (where there were kidney problems) The cat was examined, her temperature was measured, an ultrasound scan of the abdominal area was performed, urine, blood biochemistry and a general blood test were taken. All tests are at the discretion of the doctor and with my approval, of course. After the examination, I was recommended to do ivs for the cat at home, I asked if it was possible to put the first one in the clinic, they said it was possible, but it costs 35 rubles (injection of saline solution into the withers) I decided that we would do it ourselves at home, because we have experience. At the checkout, the total amount was announced to me - 291 rubles for all manipulations. I was so confused that I paid and left. On the way home, I went back to the website with the price list and tried to compare the prices for the procedures. She called back to the clinic and asked me to explain where the cost came from, to which I was told that blood biochemistry costs 63 rubles, but the fence itself, gloves, consumables, and blood serum preparation costs another 60 rubles!!! I still haven't found this position in the price list. The next day, the doctor called me back, diagnosed me and prescribed all the same IVs and that's it. I have no doubt about the competence of the doctor, the examination was carried out thoroughly. Just specify the cost of services in advance and check them immediately with the price list so as not to get into such a situation.

It's a very ambiguous reception. We have a puppy. All the vaccines were done at another clinic, but since it was far away and the dog started sneezing frequently, we decided to see a doctor as soon as possible and chose a clinic closer. At the reception, I explained the problem, but it didn't occur to me to take a video. Perhaps this has become a stumbling block. The dog was examined, and they gave me a lot of possible theories, among which I was honestly lost. Despite the fact that reverse sneezing was repeated 5-6 times a day, as the doctor was told, they did not prescribe anything except nasal rinsing. They told me to do a rhinoscopy during castration. I gave away 50 rubles, came out and didn't understand, but what should I do now? And if flushing doesn't help, go to the appointment again? I was not satisfied with the reception and we decided to go to the clinic where we were initially. I told the doctor, she immediately said that most likely the opposite is sneezing and the fact that it is so often a wake–up call, you need to figure it out. I've already made a video and showed it to the vet. We immediately went with her and took an X-ray. The bronchial tree was pronounced. As a result, we returned to the office and, since the attacks have become less frequent over the past two days, she prescribed medications, but told us to drink if the attacks become more frequent again.: "1-2 times a day is the norm. But if they suddenly become frequent again, so that you don't have to spend money on taking them again, you'll start taking the medications I prescribed. If they don't help, go straight to the pulmonologist." Personally, I prefer it when the veterinarian is worried about the pet, and does not forget about the owner's wallet either. For X–ray and examination - 80 rubles. But I came out with a clear diagnosis, treatment, and an action plan, not a set of suggestions.
