The transfer to the shopping center was naturally reduced in time to an hour and a half, and eventually to an hour, they chose to return by taxi in the end and not spoil their nerves. When such stupid consultants realize that the quantity and quality of sales directly depends on their attitude to customers, and that hypocrisy is always visible on the face. And switching to another language if you are not satisfied with something in the presence of customers is the height of bad manners.
