A comfortable hotel. The whole interior looks new, comfortable and of high quality. Excellent SPA center. Excellent SKI Room, spacious, warm, you can put on boots and skis without fuss, exit directly to the slope (you need to walk 100 steps to the descent). Very high quality food. The staff is trying very hard, it is clear that the hotel is properly managed. The downside is that few people speak English, but if you use a mixture of Russian and English, then everyone understands. The hotel definitely deserves its 4 stars and even surpasses it somewhere.
