A comfortable hotel. The whole interior looks new, comfortable and of high quality. Excellent SPA center. Excellent SKI Room, spacious, warm, you can put on boots and skis without fuss, exit directly to the slope (you need to walk 100 steps to the descent). Very high quality food. The staff is trying very hard, it is clear that the hotel is properly managed. The downside is that few people speak English, but if you use a mixture of Russian and English, then everyone understands. The hotel definitely deserves its 4 stars and even surpasses it somewhere.

There is ski rental and ski pass sales. The center of Kopaonik is a 15-minute walk away. After 30 meters, there is an exit to the 1c highway, which provides easy access to the center. There is practically no lobby in the hotel, only 2 sofas. The bar is large, the choice of drinks is limited. Beer 0.33. It's very smoky

A normal hotel. Not without flaws, but quite decent. If you love absolute silence, then this is not there. Absolute purity? Also, no, and it is necessary to persistently remind the staff to change the bed and towels. They probably won't vacuum the carpet. It is also necessary to specify.
The food at breakfast is monotonous, but the dinners are excellent. Lots of meat and side dishes. The pastries are good in the morning, but for dinner, on the contrary, they are so-so.
There is a small selection of boards at the rental (with skis more or less), but everything can be taken in the "valley", there are plenty of these rentals.
Yes! You can drink water from the tap! It's even better there than in bottles.
The nearest ski lift can be reached by board skiing
In the absence of alternatives in the form of Austria and Andora, this is a very good option.

A chic hotel with very tasty food and friendly staff. One thing was confusing was that hot tea was only for breakfast. Thank you-the zone is great. The Jacuzzi is wonderful. The children's pool is warm and comfortable.
