Briefly and clearly about the hotel: A good location, taking into account the cost of a taxi , in which part of the city to stop does not matter. There are photos of old rooms on the booking site, I don't know how the whole hotel is, but my room was reformed, quite successfully, there are no comments. A great bed and perfect bed linen with towels. The staff at the reception and at the bar are responsive. Cons: I don't know how breakfast is praised in this hotel according to what criteria, at 9 a.m. the whole "chic Swede" was half empty, you could enjoy dried fruits and cheese leftovers, there were no juices. I made a remark to the restaurant manager- nothing has changed, I turned to the reception and lo and behold, after 20 minutes there was food, hooray!! But miraculously the plates, glasses and coffee mugs and utensils disappeared, they waited for another twelve minutes, there is food, but it is not possible to eat it. The torment ended with a warm omelet, which was like a dry cake from yesterday's batch of dry bread...We spent 40 minutes and instead of a delicious breakfast we got a charge of negativity. The next day we had breakfast at another hotel.... There is a bar in the lobby, there is a table in the lobby bar, a hanger with a worn shirt next to the table, groceries, clothes, toys, dishes are piled on the table - it turned out that this table is always "occupied" by the head of the hotel. For some reason, I felt like I was not in a hotel, but in a guest house - well, for an amateur, I wonder why they don't sell "dinner with the director" - it would be cool)) The pool is well cleaned, the water is decent, the bar and restaurant are beautiful. The whole view is spoiled by "promo" umbrellas advertising mineral water and black, former white deck chairs - the option to wash them did not occur to the director. The price and quality are quite consistent, there would be a normal attitude of the hotel to a "cool" breakfast - I would put 5, and so the service in the morning on "Leave off".

The breakfast is very tasty and varied. I was upset by the inability to use the pool. At 30 degrees Celsius, it would not hurt. Nice hotel!!! Breakfast is served until 11 o'clock. A varied and delicious menu. Friendly staff. Room cleaning takes place only when you are not in the room, and not according to a schedule. The hotel is currently undergoing renovation, and they promise to update all rooms by spring. Excellent attentive staff. A good and fairly reliable Internet connection, which I understand is not guaranteed everywhere at all. On one of the two days of my stay, live music was played at breakfast. 2. It is not crowded at breakfast at any time. And breakfast starts at 6:30 a.m. 3. The room itself is relatively good and comfortable in size. He lived in a Standard room. There is a large bed inside. There is bottled water and a minibar, tea set. Of the cons: 1. The ventilation in the hotel is working strangely. You select the desired temperature (+22.5), but another one is set (+25). 2. When you stand under the shower in the bathroom, splashes fall on the floor. 3. Towels in the bathroom with protruding threads. 4. The breakfasts are very modest and poor in quality. I saw a weathered cheese in the cut, and the pastries I took for tea turned out to be stale.

Also, yesterday the room was extended for 2 days, but the hotel staff simply forgot to enter this information into their database (the money was debited immediately and the booking confirmation came to the mail) and simply turned off the Internet without any warning during an important meeting and disrupted an important and major deal. The manager just came and apologized, but could not say what to do next, as the meeting and the deal were disrupted for their negligence.

I moved after the Ramada, which upset me. Perhaps the price is a little too high, it is well suited for those who came to relax within the hotel (spa area and pool). The rooms are large, everything you need is in the rooms, clean, good bed and mattress. Breakfast is a varied meal - there is soup, porridge, 2-3 kinds of hot dishes, a lot of desserts, fruits, vegetables; even sushi tastes pretty good. I recommend the hotel. To the plov center - 15 min walk in a straight line. Of the minuses- when taking a shower, the water fills the entire bath, the drain does not work well

There was a problem with the shower, which was solved in a short time, thanks to the attention of the hotel manager Eldar. He promptly resolved this issue. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. It was during the Orthodox Easter period, there was a cake and Easter eggs for breakfast - a pleasant nuance. The metro is 5 minutes from the hotel, and there is also a currency exchange office nearby.
