Stayed from 5 to 9 August 2022. The staff is polite and attentive. I arrived at the hotel at 9 a.m. and I was checked into the room earlier, although check-in is from 14.00. Bathrobes, towels, two bottles of water daily, kettle, coffee, tea, sugar, dry cream, everything is included in the price. The cuisine is excellent, breakfast is served in addition to standard dishes, soup, sushi, fresh juices, fruits. Masseuse Ulyana aerobatics. I felt at home. In addition to the hospitality inherent in this land, when a guest is treated as the closest person, add the school of European management. I recommend.

DECENT service, good service. The porter took the luggage to the room. We had an early check-out, ordered Lunch boxes at the reception. We also asked to order a taxi for us at a certain time. In general, the service is excellent. I consider the courtyard with a small garden and a summer veranda, and a swimming pool to be a special highlight of the hotel. We stayed at the hotel in early June when it was +36 in Tashkent. In principle, our choice fell on the Radisson because of the pool. Cleanliness, rooms, everything is super as it should be in the Radisson hotels. We will choose this hotel next time.

A very nice hotel, perhaps with the best hotel pool in the city. It feels like a resort. The disadvantage is incorrect information about business numbers. They promise some exits to the terrace, which simply does not exist in fact. I took a business room, and the view was on the roof. Even worse than usual. But in business, in addition to the cosmetic set, they put bath salts, mouthwash, hand cream, a razor, a brush with paste. Linen is changed daily, the restaurant is decent.

When booking, pay attention to the photos, they were taken 10 years ago. The hotel rooms are very old, the furniture is all falling apart, a good hotel needs renovation. I will divide the review into two parts: 1) Wonderful staff! There are just no words how delighted I am with the people working at this hotel (the hotel manager, the reception, the breakfast restaurant and even the maids)! Everything was done according to the best standard! Customer focus is 150%! 2) Breakfast is delicious but very meager. The choice is very limited. You can see the scuff marks on the floor in the rooms. And yet, no matter what, be sure to stay at this hotel!

The restaurant at the hotel - do not count on it, there is really nothing there. You'd better go to the Plov Lounge. And the Hotel itself is not bad.
