The rooms are nice, clean, the breakfast buffet is very modest for a Radisson, the fried eggs do not look appetizing- the serving is ugly. construction work was underway at the hotel on May 2025 from the sea, piles were clogged on the beach at the time of my arrival - when contacting the reception, no solution was offered, there was constant noise, the main manager said that she was not going to discuss it at all - they were not customer-oriented at all! The location is not good, it takes 20 minutes by metro to get to the center of Istanbul, and the metro station is a 10-minute walk away

The staff doesn't even know what's going on in their rooms, the receptionist, as I understand it, was passing by the hotel and happened to be at work there.
