Hello! This is a stunningly beautiful hotel! Incredible! Amazing! You just cross the threshold and realize this is love forever!
The service is of the highest level , polite , respectful attitude ! The rooms are cleaned twice a day , the rooms are spacious , clean , bright , and amazingly furnished . The dining room ( buffet ) is an indoor hall with a colonnade and a panorama of the beach. Stucco work , mirrors , crystal chandeliers and exquisite furniture are everywhere . There is no limit to my admiration!!! And what a beautiful garden and coastal area they have ... I can't believe it , it seems that you are looking at a picture of the Victorian era ! I will definitely come back here again and again!

Positive: a beautiful well-maintained hotel, delicious food, a nice pool and a small clean beach
Cons: upon arrival, they searched for our reservation for a sooo long time and could not check in. We sat at the reception with 2 tired, hungry little children for an hour and a half.. after the flight, it's not very pleasant, because no one was even interested in speeding up the process.
The second point that really spoiled the impression is that all drinks by the pool are paid separately. Our check was 75 derham. The waiter had no change and the husband said he would come for her in 40 minutes, leaving 520 dirhams. After the beach, we planned to change clothes and go down for lunch. To our surprise, the waiter forgot about the change, and claims that another amount was left. The management of the hotel was informed about the incident, but there was ABSOLUTELY no assistance from them!!! There are cameras everywhere in the hotel and by the pool too! And before we left the money to the waiter, we made a photo check and the amount that we left to the waiter... and it doesn't seem like such a large amount for someone. But 12 thousand rubles instead of 2 for a coconut cocktail on the beach is too much for me.. and it's more about attitude as a client! For good service, it's never a pity to leave a tip!

I managed to stay in this hotel for 1 night.
The interior of the hotel is beautiful, the cuisine is delicious, I couldn't go up to the lounge because the card didn't work, but I didn't fix the cause. In disbelief, we stood up and looking back at the half-empty hall, we were just taken aback.
Then we were offered ATTENTION! Stand aside while they prepare a table for us.Well, somehow being in a hotel of this level, you absolutely do not want to stand on the sidelines and feel superfluous. What was said to her, after that we were invited to sit at an empty table and wait for him.
Excuse me, but what were we supposed to wait for at an empty table, that it was impossible to serve us at this table?
This is just NONSENSE, I have not seen this anywhere else, and to see such an attitude of the staff in the most luxurious hotel in Dubai is simply left perplexed. Moreover, the rest of the staff was always on top during the week of rest, except for the girl Alexandra.
It turns out that one person, a couple of hours before departure, just took and crossed out the whole week of a great vacation.

I was lucky to have a rest in this hotel.
A luxurious palace with a nice, beautiful territory and a wonderful warm pool, and although there are a lot of people resting, there is enough space for everyone. The beach is fine sand and there are many sun loungers and umbrellas for vacationers, there are also tents. And the sea is always great!

The food at breakfasts and dinners is quite modest — definitely not a 5* level for a luxury chain hotel. The beach is a complete misunderstanding (but, as far as I understand, this is what all hotels on Palma have). If you don't know yet, then you can swim in the sea on a Palm Tree only "inside", "outside" of the palm there are boulders-breakwaters — you can not swim there.
One of the advantages is the number of staff and service. Everything is fast, on time, without delay. The waitress spoiled the impression, who included a coke for 9 bucks in the bill for us at a free dinner, but we must pay tribute to the manager — he corrected the mistake.
Whether I'll come here again, no. Am I ready to recommend it to anyone? No. 4 stars for not meeting my expectations.

They also settled in a completely different place from where it was booked. When finding out, it was said that they had made a free upgrade, they say. But what was originally paid for, and where they upgraded, did not go into any comparison. Therefore, if you feel that something is wrong, find out. After finding out, we finally moved into our room.
