I signed my daughter up for an orthopedist a week in advance, the appointment time is 18.30. We live 130 km from Minsk. The daughter is in a corset, the journey takes about 3 hours in one direction because it is difficult for her to sit in one position, we make frequent stops to walk a little. We arrived in advance, stopped by half an hour before the appointment. They received: "What have you come for! Your entry was canceled. There are no doctors." No one called or warned! Okay, we both had to leave work earlier, okay, the material costs of the trip, but the fact that we had to shake the child back and forth for half a day to get this phrase was unsettling. No one apologized, no one offered an alternative. An employee of the clinic called me at 6:13 p.m., a few minutes after we left the clinic, to warn me that there would be no consultation. Even after a day, it is unpleasant for our family to remember this situation.
