Excellent hotel, very good service, nice rooms with a beautiful view of the Ferris wheel, great location, close to the beach and a large number of cafes and restaurants. I recommend

I recently stayed at the Ramada Hotel and was quite disappointed with my experience. The room was not properly cleaned, with visible dust and uncleaned surfaces. The staff was unresponsive and unhelpful when issues were raised. Additionally, the amenities advertised were either unavailable or not functioning properly. The overall service did not meet my expectations for a hotel of this caliber.
