I recently stayed at the Ramada Hotel and was quite disappointed with my experience. The room was not properly cleaned, with visible dust and uncleaned surfaces. The staff was unresponsive and unhelpful when issues were raised. Additionally, the amenities advertised were either unavailable or not functioning properly. The overall service did not meet my expectations for a hotel of this caliber.

We stayed in these apartments again in November 2025, I add my review) Our stay was wonderful this time! The room was different, with a view of the city, but more comfortable and comfortable... The renovation was fresh, the furniture was bright, the kitchen was beautiful. Sound insulation is on the level, the bathrooms are comfortable and spacious. In six months, the quality of food has changed for the better and repairs have been completed in the pool area, and perhaps for us this apartment hotel has become the most convenient place to stay in Dubai Marina! This time we checked in quickly enough, we took into account all the wishes, the reception works perfectly and quickly solves all issues, even not at all standard ones) The location of the hotel is really across the street from the beach, the views from the window are different - and the Seaview is good, but the view of the city is beautiful) The metro, the promenade, restaurants and all the walking areas are nearby, you can walk a lot and contemplate beautifully) We gathered for the third time at the same hotel, but due to military operations we had to rebook to another destination...But we'll be back here in six months anyway, that's for sure! At first, they wanted to send us to live on the 2nd floor, but we politely asked not to, and after 20 minutes we were moved to the 13th floor with a view of the Ferris wheel, where the views were beautiful at night. I would also like to mention the spacious bathroom, where there is a shower cabin and a bathroom. The dining room was also pleased. We had breakfast and lunch. Despite the small size of the dining room, there were always tables available, and there was no need to wait. The choice of food, of course, was not Turkey, but it was quite satisfactory. Breakfast is the availability of salads, vegetables, fruits (watermelon, melon, grapes...), rolls, omelet to order. Lunch was different every day: there was always chicken, fish and beef, side dish (rice, mashed potatoes, pasta) + everything for breakfast. The hotel also has a swimming pool, but we have never swum in it, as it is located in the sun and there are always a lot of people there. Every day we went to JBR beach, which is 8 minutes away from the hotel. Beach towels and umbrellas are provided on request, at the counter near the exit to the parking lot, in the lobby of the hotel. On the way to the sea, you can meet McDonald's, booties and a vending machine with free drinking water, which is very convenient. The beach is public, but it is quite clean. You can also meet security guards on the way there. It was best to relax on the beach in the morning, as there were few people and the sun was not too hot. On weekends, there were especially a lot of locals who behaved loudly, and also persistently climbed up to tourists... It was unpleasant to look at and it embarrassed many ladies. The sea in July was hot and cloudy. When entering the water, algae was felt. After lunch, during the hottest time, we explored the sights of this country. They mostly used public transport Overall, the rest was a great success.

I visited this hotel in October 2025. The hotel is very good. Very close to the sea, towels and an umbrella are provided on the beach. Everything is clean and tidy, the rooms are cleaned for a solid 5. There is a small swimming pool, where there are always sun beds. Nutrition is a different story! Very tasty and very diverse! Moreover, even for breakfast there is a huge selection of dishes. The coffee is delicious. There is a currency exchange right next to the hotel. By the way, do not believe that old dollars are not accepted. They accept it easily, just the exchange rate is slightly lower, but by a penny. The new ones are 3.65 derham, and the old ones are 3.5. It's a 20-minute walk from the hotel to the subway, and there's the Dubai Marina shopping center. There is a boardwalk nearby. And the beach is right opposite the Eye of Dubai, there is also a walking area on the island across the bridge. In general, I definitely recommend the hotel. I would definitely come back here!

We liked the location of the hotel: 30 minutes to Burj Khalifa, 30 minutes to the airport, no more than 5 minutes to JBR beach on foot, and we didn't go anywhere else, the main thing was that the sea was nearby. Leaving the hotel immediately, there are cafes / restaurants - McDuck and some others, I don't remember already, a souvenir pavilion, a pavilion with perfumes, a money exchanger, bars, luxury shops.Several caryfood and carrefour shops (like our intersection) are also within walking distance, we went several times. The food is excellent - there are simple meals for children - potatoes, rice, chicken, meat, fish, nuggets, juices/coffee (breakfast, lunch, dinner), various desserts, fruits (watermelons, melons), soups, porridges, salads, vegetables.All this is without any extra spices, not spicy, for the Russian taste. We stayed at this hotel for a week, we really enjoyed it.The room had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a balcony.The breakfasts are good, you can pay extra for lunches and dinners if you wish.The staff is very friendly and helpful.The beach is 5 minutes away, grocery stores and cafes are nearby, and you can take a great walk in the evening.I definitely recommend it!!!

I chose this hotel based on its location and the fact that it is part of the Ramada hotel chain (I really liked the hotel in Antalya). The food is excellent, the sea is a couple of minutes away, my son really liked the presence of a Makdaka on the ground floor. We were in early June and it was hot, we went to the beach only in the morning and until 9 o'clock, then it was impossible to stay, the sea was 35 degrees - it seemed like water in a hot tub. I RECOMMEND THE HOTEL and I will be happy to come back here again.

The hotel is very decent, we rested here for 2 weeks, and we are satisfied with everything😊 The deluxe room is very spacious, there is a bathtub and a shower at the same time, which is very comfortable, a sofa, a TV with a couple of Russian channels, a free safe, a hairdryer and slippers. There was even an iron and ironing board in the room right away. Cleaning is daily, a bottle of drinking water is also changed every day (you can also get free drinking water on the way to the beach from the Talabat vending machine). The air conditioner is working properly. We didn't have a sunny side, so we only turned it on for a couple of hours a day, because the ventilation was perfectly configured and the room was not hot. Only the lazy one didn't mention the hotel's posh location) 5 minutes to the nearest tram stop (you can walk through the parking lot without roasting in the sun), 15 minutes to the DMCC metro (you can take the tram). The Blue waters bulk island can be reached on foot, and it is especially beautiful there in the evening. The hotel does not have its own beach, but the JBR public beach is 5 minutes away (I advise you to walk a little further along the beach, there are almost no people there). Beach towels and umbrellas are provided free of charge in the lobby of the hotel, in the evening you take dirty ones, on the way to the beach you take clean ones. There is also a private pool, small but cooled, which is very important in the summer heat. We always found empty sun beds. Pool towels are provided right there. The food is delicious and varied. You can always find something to eat. In the morning, the cook fries scrambled eggs/omelets to order. Potatoes, mushroom soup and fried fish are very tasty, there are always fresh fruits and vegetables. The staff is very friendly, they will always help and prompt. Sometimes there is a Russian-speaking employee at the reception, you can communicate with the rest in English or through a translator, everyone is treated appropriately and will help. There is a McDonald's and Starbucks at the exit of the hotel, as well as shops and pharmacies in the neighboring houses. Along the beach on the embankment there is an alcohol store, cafes, bars and other shops. The hotel is optimal in terms of price / quality, we will recommend it to our friends.

We looked at this hotel long before the trip. As a result, we purchased a tour with accommodation in Ramada and went on vacation in early December. In general, you have never regretted choosing this hotel. As many people write, the rooms are spacious with normal furniture, everything is clean, cleaning every day. The food, in our opinion, is excellent and varied - both breakfasts, lunches, and dinners (sometimes dinner was changed for lunch). A variety of meat and fish dishes - lamb, beef, chicken, salmon in orange juice (a masterpiece!), seafood every day. I would like to say separately about the location of the hotel - it is 100% excellent! The beach is 400 m away along the boardwalk, the nearest DMCC metro station is 800 m away, and the tram is 400 m away (we rode it to the central part of Dubai Marina, to the monorail to Palm Jumeirah). In general, the impressions are only positive, I would like to come back again! The only disadvantages, if I may say so, are that all the staff are English-speaking. Of the Russian speakers, only the hostess of the souvenir shop is Nargiz. Special thanks to her, she helped with questions, she is very sociable and friendly. And the hotel does not have its own separate entrance like most hotels, the entrance is through the underground parking (through the G floor). Great hotel, close to the beach. The second line, but the view from the windows is great, we lived on the 16th floor. The staff is friendly, showed 2 rooms to choose from, upgraded the class for free. The breakfasts are hearty and varied. The restaurant is not big, so if you arrive at 9:30-10:00 you will have to stand in a small queue, but it moves quickly. There was one disadvantage - the hotel is undergoing renovation. And once, when we returned from the beach, we found a terrible smell of either paint or chemicals for mold treatment. If the windows don't open, you can't ventilate them. But we were given another room for 1 night until our room is ventilated. There are many restaurants near the hotel, clothing stores and supermarkets. It's a 5-minute walk to the beach, and they give you a free umbrella, towels, and beach bag. A great hotel for reasonable money.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms are cleaned every day, towels are also changed daily. The location of the hotel is super - a couple of minutes from the sea. Nearby there are shops, McDonald's and other cafes. I also liked the buffet: there is a wide range of dishes, there is Indian cuisine. The pool is wonderful! There are many sun beds, towels are provided, both for the pool and for the beach. One of the Russian-speaking employees is a beautiful girl named Nargiz.
