We stayed at the hotel with our family, found it on the Internet, stopped by without booking, a very nice receptionist girl placed us at the reception, showed us everything. There is a power supply, by the way, the water supply is round-the-clock and hot too, although we were told that in Lugansk they turn off both water and light, nothing like that. The room is spacious, very newly renovated, clean, cozy, we liked everything! There is leisure downstairs, billiards, sauna. The prices are the same as everywhere else, considering that we arrived spontaneously and guessed the choice of the hotel, the price / quality satisfied us! Thanks to the nice girl at the reception who told me where to spend time, advised cool places, helped me call a taxi (Yandex does not work there). We will come to you next time. I also want to add a location, there are a lot of big shops and a market around, and we also got to the city center quickly in 10+ minutes, which is very convenient.
