Plus, he answered all the questions. The preparation of the snails did not take long - about 12 minutes. Taste is a cannon! There is nothing to compare it with, except that the aftertaste is vaguely reminiscent of a mussel. But the upbringing of some visitors leaves much to be desired: they climb everywhere, brazenly poke snails with their fingers, pick them up without asking. I'm surprised at the calmness of the farm owner after that!
