I applied to this company to install the light on November 6. Everything was successful, but when removing and installing the front bumper, the plastic lining on the arches was damaged. They broke the fasteners or stretched the shape, that is, they ruined the appearance of the car for me. They gave me a car, but I didn't notice it at first, because the car was dirty. After washing, it immediately caught my eye - I turned to the manager. They told me to come to them, like they'd do everything right. When I arrived, I looked at it and just offered to put glue in it or fix it with tape, which of course did not suit me. He asked me to fix this problem, but without the collective farm. They promised to resolve it soon. But in the end, I've been waiting for an answer for more than a month, I've been writing to WhatsApp, they stupidly ignore me. They don't respond… I regretted that I turned to such specialists who do not bear any responsibility for their actions and behave this way towards clients.
