We’ve been living in Deluxe City View Room in 29th floor. The view was deluxe indeed. The hotel staff was so nice and efficient. Room cleaning every day. Tv with 50 channels. So delicious breakfast buffet. And, of course, 50th floor pool with mind-blowing view. We were 100% satisfied of this hotel.

We just got back yesterday. Great hotel, I really enjoyed my stay there. Nice rooms, bed, bath, mini balcony, city view, excellent pool, location, friendly staff. No wildlife was observed, the room was cleaned every day, although no shower gel was added, the rest was all its own. I liked the entrance area in front of the hotel, where you can sit at tables, people smoke there, drink coffee.. in the hotel itself, next to the reception, it's also good to sit and wait for your bus.. One of the disadvantages is that the Chinese are arrogant, noisy, and their hotel is full. The breakfasts are on "4", the same thing.. You won't be hungry, but something was missing.. We didn't eat much there afterwards. Considering that this was our third time in Vietnam, I'd give the hotel a 5, I'd definitely come the second time.

The room is cleaned every day, disposable hygiene items are changed, water bottles, tea and coffee bags are updated. If, suddenly, the room is not cleaned, well, there are buttons to the left of the door, click on the one that shows that cleaning is required. They did not encounter the fact that they were demanding to pay for the laundry for soiled linen, although they spilled some juice on the bed linen. He was replaced and that's it. Apparently, we need to try to delay it. Sneakers! They are also rubber flip-flops, which are in the closet, as well as bathrobes. They are reusable, they are processed after the guests. If you suddenly come to take them with you, you need to pay 80 thousand dong for each one. It's written in the rules that are in the room. Of course, it's better not to go to the pool in them, because there is a risk that someone will confuse them and put them on, since they are the same. The breakfasts are good, of course there is a lot of Asian food, so we are in Asia. In addition, there are other familiar foods such as fried eggs, pastries, sausages, vegetables and fruits. It's enough for breakfast. It is better to go to breakfast early, right after 06:00 or after 08:00, then there are fewer people. There are always empty tables, food is constantly being updated, and vacated tables are quickly cleaned. Breakfast is served on the 3rd and 4th floors, and there is a terrace on the 4th floor. You need to cross three streets to the beach, after a couple of days it doesn't bother you at all. There are many cafes in the hotel area, everywhere you can buy fruits, juices, coffee and ice cream. Vietnam A few years later, the Pegasus tour operator reopened direct flights to Vietnam from Khabarovsk, with decent discounts, so it was decided to rush to the sea in May. Prices for hotels vary from and to, but oddly enough, this 5* hotel was cheaper than some 4*, so I chose it, which I later did not regret. Flights to Vietnam from Khabarovsk were operated by AK Icar, a division of NordWind, the main carrier of Pegasus Tourist, these are ordinary low-cost airlines with many disadvantages, BUT there is not much choice, they flew well. CHECK-IN AT THE HOTEL Upon arrival in Cam Ranh, all the formalities were completed fairly quickly, then, as usual, a bus and a trip to the hotel. We got to the hotel around 12:00. Approaching the reception and hoping for an early check-in, they were disappointed, the staff apologized and, referring to the workload of the hotel, the Chinese smiled and asked them to sit in the lobby and wait for 2 p.m., they were treated to a welcome cool tea. There is Wi-Fi everywhere on site and it is password-free, so the wait was not boring. At 1 p.m., we just went to the reception and asked if the rooms were ready, and lo and behold, we were checked in 1 hour earlier, which was a nice bonus. There were three of us and we thought that we would ask for rooms nearby, but they already had everything planned and, alas, it did not work out. They took a foreign passport as a deposit, which didn't bother them much, since they had a separate envelope for each number. After the eviction and verification of the room, the passport was returned. Number My room 3910 was on the 39th floor, which was a bit annoying, because according to reviews it was very noisy in the evening from the bar, which is on the 40th floor, but at exactly 23 everything subsides and silence ensues, and even before that time the bar is not particularly audible. The room pleasantly surprised with its spaciousness and occupancy. My wish stated "A double bed if possible" and voila, they are there, although it consisted of two beds, but it was comfortable to sleep, nothing was moving apart. The room has a bunch of universal sockets, there are also USB ports, a large TV with one Russian channel, a kettle, tea accessories that are replenished every day. They put two 0.35 bottles of water every day, but if you ask during cleaning, they will give you more. Also, if you put the water in the refrigerator, they will put a new one anyway. When we checked into the bathroom, there were two new (packaged) toothbrushes, and not the shameful disposable ones, but normal ones, as well as a tube of Colgate toothpaste, and a full set of toiletries: Cotton swabs, a comb, shower caps, a shaving machine, a hygiene bag, all replenished if opened. There is also shampoo, shower gel and liquid soap in the shower, all very decent and with a great smell, especially hand soap. In a special drawer there are glasses for wine, champagne and other drinks, each type of 2 pcs. There are also bathrobes and slippers, but the slippers are not disposable but reusable (ordinary flip-flops), they are of course processed and packed, but if you want to take them away or spoil them, you will have to pay 80,000 dong (250 rubles) for them, I did not even open them. The paid bar has a standard set: 2 bottles of water 0.5 each, cola, fanta, red and white wine 0.33 each and a bottle of vodka))) The room also has a balcony, you can go out and stand, but it is very narrow and did not use it much, I dried my things in the bathroom on the shower rail using hangers, everything dried quickly The mattresses are comfortable, and there are 4 pillows, which is enough for a good night's sleep. The air conditioner is silent and works just fine, after turning it on, it takes 10 minutes to make the room feel comfortable, I didn't install less than 26g, and the most excellent thing is that the air conditioner control panel is located right at the head of the bed, which made it possible to control it without getting out of bed(!) Towels were changed every day, the bed was changed once every 3 days, everything was clean and snow-white. The shower room is spacious, there is always hot water, the convenient location of the shower and the top watering can, it was just great for me, because I don't like bathtubs and curtains that constantly try to stick to you)))). The plumbing is excellent, BUT this is the second country where there are no toilet brushes.... I had to use a bidet shower instead of a brush)))) you know why))) QUALITY OF SERVICE The service in my case was limited to room cleaning, which, like everywhere else in beach resorts, leaves much to be desired)) the rest of the service is quite up to par. I would like to mention the reception staff who are ready to help in any situation, as an example, we decided to go to Winperl and wanted to find out how to get to the starting point ourselves, the guy immediately offered to buy tickets at the hotel (the price is the same everywhere, there are no divorces) and immediately offered to call a taxi through the Grab app, I advise you to install and use, very convenient. But then we found out that if you have tickets to Winperl, you can get there and back for free on bus 23 by showing the QR code of the ticket to the island, keep in mind. nutrition I only had food at the restaurant, as I didn't really want to have lunch, and there are hundreds of cafes in the area for dinner, both expensive and cheap. In the hotel, breakfasts are organized on two floors, the 3rd and 4th, we went both ways, but on the 4th floor there is an outdoor terrace outside, it's cool and pleasant to sit there in the morning. We went to breakfast at 8 o'clock, there were always places, despite the huge number of Chinese friends)) there was everything from food: Soup every day, hot dishes, both spicy and not, everything was delicious and oddly edible. A large selection of salads, sausages. Very tasty pastries SEA AND BEACH Since the sea and the beach are not directly related to the review, but... We went to the central beach, the road is only 10 minutes at a leisurely pace. The beach itself is public, but dirty, with steers, beer lids and other debris everywhere, but this is facilitated by the vacationers themselves. There are a lot of sun beds and umbrellas, the price tag is the standard 100,000 dong per day.. The sea is relatively clean, there are practically no waves in the morning, and closer to lunch a slight commotion begins..

The main contingent of guests are tourists from China, and, as you know, their stay is often accompanied by increased noise levels. Our room was on the 33rd floor, and in the middle of the night, at about two o'clock, we were woken up by loud screams. Apparently, the guests were arguing, and their voices could be heard all over the floor. All attempts to make comments turned out to be in vain – no one reacted to them. The morning breakfast also left much to be desired. The menu was focused mainly on Asian cuisine, offering only a limited selection of familiar dishes: fried eggs, soup, sausages and rice. There was no diversity. The coffee was served in a kettle, and the juices were powdered. The atmosphere in the restaurant during breakfast was simply unbearable – the constant hubbub and noise, which made me want to leave this place as soon as possible. When checking into the room, a thorough check of the contents was not carried out. As a result, upon departure, it turned out that the soap dish had a crack, for which we were fined 350,000. There were also two 0.5-liter bottles of water in the refrigerator, which, as it turned out later, were paid and cost 15,000 each. You should be very attentive to such details. The quality of service also raised questions: the bed linen was not changed, and towels and bathrobes were brought with holes. The only positive thing was the pool on the 40th floor. However, there are some nuances here: the number of sun beds is extremely limited, and there simply are not enough for all guests. The location of the hotel is good, but considering the cost of accommodation, you can find more comfortable and suitable options for relaxation.

The pool is nice, not big, sufficient, half of the pool is in the shade at noon. About 25 deck chairs. There is a shower. A great city hotel! Within walking distance of absolutely everything you need to "relax and wander", the sea and a comfortable beach with sun beds and umbrellas are literally 5-7 minutes away. Our room was on the 37th floor, there were 40 of them in the hotel and therefore it was sometimes difficult to get to our floor quickly... but it did not spoil our mood from the word "at all" The room is modern, everything is "fresh", no breakdowns, the functionality of the units is 100%. Cleaning was daily with the replacement of towels and replenishment of the bar, bed linen was changed 6 times during two weeks at the hotel (I specifically counted, because they wrote in the reviews that they did not change ), slippers and bathrobes were available. The only thing that surprised us was that they did not give us a second room key at our request upon check -in ... but we found a solution to the problem , inserted a bank card into the slot immediately after cleaning (so that strangers would not burn down ) , so we returned from the heat , after excursions or the beach , to a cool room 🥳 The restaurants are located on the 3rd and 4th floors , we went down for breakfast at 8:30 plus/minus ... the most convenient time at the time of our arrival at the hotel, because there are a lot of tourists from China with a good appetite .... there was no shortage of food, but sometimes it was difficult to find free places)) There was a choice of products for breakfast . Asian and European snacks , vegetables , fruits , soups , pasta , eggs (cooked as you ask) , pastries , juices , etc. , did not go hungry 😋 Coffee in the hotel itself - well , so -so , bought right near the entrance to the hotel, very tasty 👍 In general, we liked everything! Be careful with your things in the room, your friends were charged 300 thousand dong for chipping on a soap bottle during the eviction. Before checking in, it's better to check and take a picture, show it right away. We were charged 25 thousand dong for the sprite, which we did not drink. I think they charge a little bit from everyone, they take something when they evict, we didn't argue, not so much. We were very satisfied with the hotel.

We lived on the 35th floor, and every descent in the elevator is a test, since it can stop 10 times or more until you reach the first floor. there are a lot of Chinese, incredibly many Chinese who do not behave very culturally and constantly scream, it also concerned the neighborhood, they could yell on the balcony in the middle of the night and this of course prevented sleep and was not very pleasant. Breakfasts are acceptable in principle, there is something to eat, but there will be no fruit, everything will be swept away by the Chinese😅 The gym is not bad, there is a hotel room with yoga mats, which made me very happy. I'll probably join the negative reviews. We had a rest in May 2025, quite recently, there is something to complain about!!! I read the reviews in advance.....I shouldn't have believed the bad ones. Everything coincided: the Chinese, Kazakhs, stuffiness, noisy, unclean, at the reception and really all nasty and unfriendly! The cleaning was bad, the linen was changed exactly a week later, although we lived for 12 days (walking to the sea in the heat is also something like that.. ..the rent is fine, acceptable, until the Chinese get it all wrong) definitely not 5 *, pulls on 4 * and requires a change of staff and a review of room cleaning, like they lived in a Deluxe, but what's the use.... To sum up: yes, everything is nearby, everything is accessible, the pool and the view are amazing, discos👍in the evening!!! Definitely never wake up hungry, breakfasts are normal) But.....I definitely won't go there anymore, because I've heard about other 4* hotels, Galina, Green Hotel and Sochi hotel, much better)

We stayed at this hotel in May, and everything was fine with us. Breakfast, buffet, decent. The pool is on the fortieth floor, and live music is played in the evening. The elevators are made a little inconveniently! They charged 20dol for the earlier check-in.
