Returned today 3.05.24 with my family from this hotel. Everything is very nice and clear. We checked in at night, dinner was brought to the room, we were treated to juice. I was impressed by the security system. Several security checkpoints, cameras all around. The child forgot his phone in the game room, when he returned, he was no longer there. We contacted the reception and returned the phone after 2 hours. Someone stole it, found it, gave it away... The kitchen is good, the beach is great, there is enough of everything. The only thing is the old rooms we got into - there was a bathroom with chips and a very old closet, it creaked terribly. They did not change the room, because it was spacious and they brought us a bed and an armchair for two children, FREE of CHARGE and there was still a lot of space left. Initially, another hotel was considered, but Egypt began to switch to the conditions of an additional bed for an additional fee and this is put in front of the fact when checking in. We contacted the hotel, it turned out to be an additional 100 rubles.e for the bed, but here it was free. People also saw cradles for twins, and asked for rooms with an additional sofa... The staff works clearly, they clean efficiently, but they take a nap and you postpone cleaning to another day. The mosquitoes were only in the room, they gave a rapter, the problem was solved. They said it was useless to bring their own, because they did not take it. There was no animation really, we went to Noama Bay for a walk ourselves - there is a free bus from the hotel, the main thing is to make an appointment at the reception. He walks every day. The hotel is located far from the highway, so you won't go by minibus, but there is no noise from the road. You can call a taxi at the hotel or order it using the application for the second checkpoint - it's cheaper this way. The territory is hilly with many steps and passages. If you have problems with joints, keep this in mind. A 10-night stay for one with a flight from Gomel cost 860 USD. We talked with vacationers, many people liked the hotel, but there were wishes for the kitchen - there are a lot of meat dishes, but there are almost no fish. Every day I admired the beauty of the view, the many locations and cleanliness.
