Not only is an absolutely incompetent boor answering the phone, but she told me on arrival that you didn't pick up our call the day before the recording (you called 1 time, I didn't pick it up because I was busy), another person signed up for your time under the pretext of "time is money"!!! They made me wait, but I got to the appointment (I wish I'd left!). A shovel, a terrible building, impolite and sloppy staff who, instead of working, "scratches" with their tongue and wounds the entire area near the problem tooth! Moreover, the most common seal was put on me in 25 minutes, and the price tag came out at 190p!!! Avoid this "establishment"!!! It's never been worse anywhere!

Doctor Gerasimovich I. S. works rudely, gossips during work, and the patient listens to it. After the filling by this doctor, the sensitivity of the teeth increased and it got worse. As a guarantee, I came to a consultation with Satkovskaya's doctor, she treated me with extreme disdain, it was obvious that she wanted the patient to leave as soon as possible, no compassion and empathy. When the patient asked about the health of her teeth, she hinted that the patient was to blame for her problems. I sent the patient out the door as soon as possible, referring to the queue, even though there was no queue. On 11/06/2025 at 16:30, the receptionist who was working at that time was rude to the patient, rude and did not care at all about the client continuing to use the services of this clinic. Then, after the reception at Satkovskaya's, she was absent from her post. Shame on such staff, everyone here doesn't care about clients: both receptionists and doctors!
