I visited this dentist for the first time, and my impressions were mixed. One of the disadvantages: I arrived at the appointed time, but I had to wait a long time for the reception. The consultation with the therapist was frankly disappointing: the doctor gave me at most 2 minutes, without even looking at the picture he brought. Of the huge advantages: My negative impression was completely blocked by the receptionist. I haven't met such wonderful and empathetic people for a long time! She was genuinely embarrassed by my waiting, and she took the initiative: she asked the orthopedist to see me on the same day (since the therapist said that the treatment plan depends on his opinion). The orthopedist turned out to be a professional in his field. He doesn't say many words, but everything is clear, understandable and to the point. I left him without a single question and with a step-by-step plan of action.

Our whole family trusts their teeth only to the doctors at this clinic. All the doctors and staff are as professional and wonderful people as possible. I'm terribly afraid of dentists myself, but I've been going to Alexey Ivanovich without fear for almost 10 years now. Yes, you need to wait for an appointment, since there is a high need to get into the hands of these specialists, but if you do periodic examinations in a timely manner, there is no problem. I want to say a huge thank you to everyone who works here, and in particular to Alexey Ivanovich! I'm happy that my mom signed me up here one day, and since then my teeth have been in good hands.

I was scheduled for prosthetics — the wait was scheduled for six months, initially all the pictures were already ready, the doctor looked at everything. During this time, the roots of my teeth began to hurt, and now I need an implant, which the clinic does not perform. I am very upset and outraged.: I was hoping for help, but they didn't warn me about the possible risks of a long wait. It would seem that it would be possible to explain the consequences in advance and propose a plan of action, rather than leave in the hope that "everything will be fine." As a result, valuable time has been lost — now more procedures and significant additional costs will be required, and the clinic has not offered alternatives or assistance. I consider this behavior unprofessional and unworthy of the reputation of private dentistry: due to high demand, the quality of services is reduced, patients are forced to wait until their condition worsens and risk not getting help at all.
