The headlights were perfectly polished, all the defects were removed, deep "cobwebs", scratches, everywhere they were previously at the consultation they said that "cobwebs" were cracks in plastic and they would not be able to remove them, although from certain angles it was clear that this was the top layer of the headlight, under the varnish more specifically.
