Мне понравился сервис магазина "Ремонт 3000". работают профессионально. в этом магазине нашла плитку, которую искала везде и долго, нужна была именно она. цена оказалась довольно невысокой, оформила заказ. мне позвонил менеджер магазина, обсудили доставку и оплату. НА СЛЕДУЮЩИЙ ДЕНЬ мне привезли плитку с доставкой на этаж. плитка была хорошо упакована, вся целая. я очень довольна работой всей команды магазина. Магазин "Ремонт 3000" рекомендую!

Отвратительно халатное отношение.Заказал лестницу, заранее оплатил, должны были привезти на следующий день. Несколько раз созванивался с водителем, входил в его положение что он будет позже, т.к. пробки, а когда он приехал, пришел к охраннику спрашивать деньги, тот сказал ему что все оплачено, а какие то нерадивые менеджеры сказали водителю что надо еще получить наличные деньги. Сегодня с 8-00 переписываюсь, созваниваюсь, попросил отменить заказ и вернуть деньги. Время уже 12-20 деньги так и не вернули, с бухгалтерией и руководством не связывают. Из за их халатности не успеваю по своим делам, а мне ехать надо было 150 км.

Нужны были кирпич и раствор на перегородки. Доставку сделали манипулятором, паллеты целые, выгрузка аккуратно у подъезда. Один поддон с лёгким сколом, оформили замену, довезли на следующий день. По времени уложились, работа не встала
