I went to this workshop to fix my shoes. Unfortunately, the repair never took place due to the fault of the employee. The woman who accepted me showed an extreme degree of disrespect and rudeness. A rude tone, a dismissive attitude, and a complete lack of desire to help is what I'm faced with. Nowadays, when service and customer orientation are important, such behavior is unacceptable. I turned around and left without leaving my shoes to be repaired. It is a pity that the quality of services has to be judged first by attitude, and only then by work. I do not recommend this workshop.
