I brought it to be repaired on Saturday morning. The master assured that on Tuesday after 17:00 it is already possible to pick up. I came on Tuesday - oh, it's not ready. I arrived on Wednesday at 11 a.m. - not ready, come by 15. I arrived at 15 and it's not ready again, come back in an hour. She asked me to return the money and things, said that I had already ripped everything open for you. It's just terrible, there are no words. The master substitutes terribly.

There are questions about the work schedule: the master is not always on site during working hours.
We have already written about the deadlines, I completely agree - the stated deadlines are rarely fulfilled.
The repair quality is acceptable.

If you need to fix your shoes quickly, then this is definitely not the place for you! For a week, the shoes lay in the workshop and waited for repair, on the day when they were supposed to be ready - they were not ready, but I found out about it when I came to pick them up. The master convinced me that he would fix the shoes tomorrow. But tomorrow they turned out to be without repair! And again, the master convinced that, well, tomorrow, they will definitely be ready, come by 12. And do you think they were ready at the appointed time!? No!!! As a result, I took the shoes without repair, the money was returned!It 's a pity for the time and nerves spent !!!
