When trying to point out a marriage, there is a slight rudeness from the staff. We asked for one nose to be stitched, but we stitched two and said, "They usually say thank you for this." I also asked for a price list for the cost of leather and knitwear for the backs, to which I received in a rough form "What kind of people are you, they cost the same", well, yes, leather and cheap knitwear cost the same. I also didn't want to figure it out anymore, it was easier for me to call the hotline and take it to another workshop for rework, so I decided to pick up the shoes, to which I received the answer "So let me punch you another 2 nose firmware cost," well, then I was already in a stupor. I forgot to mention that I handed over the shoes with the intention of giving them a little bit of a good look, "But your shoes aren't 100% perfect, which is what you wanted." In short, they ruined the mood and excellent shoes new balance 574 I'm attaching a photo – compare it yourself. I do not recommend: hack work, lack of quality control, disrespect for the client.

I took a leather jacket and sneakers for repairs. The leather jacket had torn the skin from below, which showed the fur, and the sneakers had the entire back worn off to the ground. They charged about 50 rubles (slightly less) for the sneakers, and about 30 rubles for the jacket. At first I thought that the price was very high because I usually repaired sneakers for 20 rubles. But! As a result, I received a jacket on which I now will not find the place where it was torn before. And they made the back of the sneakers so that it looks like it was there from the factory. I am very satisfied with the work, I have never seen such good quality. The backdrops were usually made of leather (in other offices), but here they were made of mesh, I'm very glad that I didn't have to farm)
