They refused to accept a shoe dryer because it was "Missing from the list of accepted goods." Although in fact it is the same household appliance as a hair dryer. They could not explain anything more clearly, although during the debate any adequate specialist could have untwisted the device, localized the problem and, possibly, offered a solution. Customer focus is 110 out of 100. I highly do not recommend this place. It's a pity you can't put less than 1 star.
