First, they allegedly "diagnosed" a bad battery, then they said that the control board, which I had to buy myself and bring them, was faulty. I paid 30p for such a "diagnosis". And as a result, the cause of the malfunction was completely different, it was not even close to the assumptions of the masters of this service! When opening the vacuum cleaner in another place, it was found that the battery cable had not been connected to the previous service center, and it was found out that the brush was defective (did not rotate), which is why the vacuum cleaner could not go through a full cleaning cycle.
