We have a reservation on Alfa Travel. Waiting (a photo with a normal bed and batteries) is reality (just a sofa, an old TV without a remote control and a walk to the 5th floor). We paid for the apartment, got only a room with neighbors, creaking floors and slamming doors (because they don't close in any other way). I don't recommend it!

Read this review if you want to save your nerves, time and money! The "Island" indicates that the hostel is open until 23. At 22.30 we book (= pay for three nights), call the hostel, ask if they can wait for us and check in (but we still have half an hour left!). To which the "manager" replies that the guests are settled by a woman who leaves at exactly 23, you will not have time - your problems. We immediately call a taxi and rush to the hostel, in 10 minutes we are there. We come up against the closed front door, it's not clear how to get into the hostel. We call the "manager", he no longer picks up the phone. Some people came out of the front door, said that they lived in this hostel and also began to dial the phone of the "manager" - he did not answer. There is no woman who is supposed to check in the guests, either. If you read other reviews about this hostel (you will also find photos of cockroaches and mold there), you will see that this is an already learned scheme: receive payment and do not answer calls anymore. And the "Island" allows this!! And that's how we ended up in an unfamiliar city at night without a place to live. It seems to me that this is some kind of limit of disrespect and inhumanity! Moreover, this reservation on the Island is at a non-refundable rate and there are suspicions that this is no coincidence. The next day, of course, no one called us back or apologized.
