We spent a wonderful time at the 101 restaurant having a family dinner))) Everyone was very satisfied))) We chose from a variety of restaurants, but the choice fell on this one - and we didn't lose at all, and even won according to all our requests. Firstly, there is a wonderful, varied menu for every taste. When booking a room for 9 people, there are no restrictions like: such and such an amount per person and no less. Secondly, pleasant prices! We really liked all the dishes. Perfectly cooked. Calves' cheeks melted in my mouth))) mushroom cream soup - left an impression: I have never eaten tastier anywhere. The portions are large- we ate and finished. The dishes are ready quickly: the first one was taken out after about 20 minutes, and the second dishes were brought a little later. I would especially like to mention the service: aerobatics! All the staff were wonderful. This is the first time I've seen people working in a restaurant so heartily - they've conquered me!!! The restaurant presented us with a dessert with an interesting presentation (I won't tell you all the secrets), but you won't get this in others - there is a special feature here. More: beautiful interior. A cozy place in the very center of Minsk with beautiful views from the window))) I recommend it 100%, don't even hesitate! We'll come back here more than once. Both the older generation and the younger ones were delighted. We wish the restaurant team all the best and as many good customers as possible.

In August, a wedding was celebrated at the 101 Restaurant. They chose the place because they had been there for no reason, and the restaurant perfectly coincided with the concept of a modern European wedding and family dinner. The table was booked in advance. I really liked the friendly staff and the work of the receptionist, who competently advised us during the selection of dishes. We chose several plateaus of wine, salads with chicken and quinoa, and bread baskets. The main dishes were salmon steak with celery puree, Brussels sprouts and pesto sauce, as well as filet mignon steak with pepper sauce and potatoes. And it was awesome. Many thanks to the chef for this. The restaurant prepares its own sauces and salad dressings. I would also like to mention the salmon steak with celery puree, cabbage and pesto. The dish is perfectly balanced, the salmon perfectly complements the celery puree, as well as the fresh pesto sauce. As they say, everything is married in this dish. The salad was delicious too. I'll also mention the restaurant's wine list. The wine from it perfectly complements the dishes. And of course, no celebration is complete without waiters. Alina Skobeleva worked with us that evening and she did a great job. In my opinion, the key ability of a waiter is to be close and at the same time be invisible. She did it. She did a great job with a table for 7 people. She was very responsive, empathetic and attentive. All in all, our family's birthday party at Restaurant 101 was amazing. Many thanks to the chef, the chefs, the kitchen staff, the receptionist, the waiter, and the whole place.
