The waiter Evgeny is a wonderful waiter who brightened up our evening, was very polite, pleasant and helpful. Unobtrusive, adequate and just what we needed on our birthday. Ideal.
There are a lot of questions about the kitchen:
1. What kind of Caesar without crackers and parmesan?
2. Why is arugula in a salmon salad that completely interrupts all the taste of the other ingredients?
3. What about desserts on the menu? There are only three of them, of which two are available, far from the most interesting
4. Duck with sweet potato is cooked very tasty, but the portion is so small that it looks more like a pigeon than a duck
I was surprised that there was no salt, pepper, or oil on the tables.

Great cafe. The interior and exterior are designed for a fire station. The cafe is located in the building of the former fire station. On the street there are cars zis and Moskvich, which were once in the fleet of the fire department. There is a summer porch. There is also a red fire truck inside. The interior is very unusual. Pancakes with mushrooms are simply delicious.

The place is very interesting, located in the old building of the fire station. There is also a museum of fire history. The interior is very atmospheric, everything is done in the same style. If you hear a fire siren, it means that one of the guests has a birthday)))) the food is so-so, for an amateur. The portions are not very large. The waiting time for the preparation of the order is from 30 minutes, I ordered a cocktail for myself, for some reason it was not brought, well, okay. We were in the evening, the girl sang, very beautifully. She basically saved the evening, thanks to her for the wonderful live sound accompaniment.

Very cool interior, I want to look and consider. This is the main advantage of the institution. On food without much enthusiasm. For example, cheesecake is mediocre, like a curd dessert. We tried a not very successful pumpkin soup. The rest is not bad, but without much enthusiasm, just normal, delicious. But the atmosphere of the restaurant itself is excellent. She's the only reason I want to come back. The interior is impressive. Minus a star for a couple of unsuccessful dishes.

I liked the atmospheric interior and the special kitchen. Friendly and attentive staff. The beef was served with a pear, not everyone appreciated it, but I liked it. I was somewhat surprised by the use of beetroot in many dishes, but I think this is also part of the overall concept of the atmosphere). I liked bakery products and spreads. I won't say that I'll become a regular, but sometimes it's worth a look).

On September 30, 2023, we came to rest in Minsk, by the evening after walking around the city, we decided to end a wonderful day by going to a restaurant. There were no seats in the restaurant we wanted to go to, and we decided to go to the so-called restaurant 101. There were quite a lot of empty seats, it was cozy and atmospheric inside. We decided to have dinner here. It all started with the fact that on Saturday evening, as it turned out, they had no steaks. Okay, but in general, we had to wait for our food for more than 1.5 hours, even the usual mashed potatoes were not served earlier. The food was served cool, the portions were small. The waiters were running back and forth, but to no avail... Everything is very slow, I think they and the kitchen should be interested in the number of visitors, in earning money in the end. Strive to make you want to visit!!!!!Otherwise, they spoiled the impression of our wonderful day by visiting your institution. Read the reviews on the Internet, they are mostly negative

But... the description of the dish on the menu does not correspond to reality. An interesting serving of Caesar salad, but why is there bacon?! Roast beef with mushrooms is so-so. We made conclusions for ourselves.

Although in such an institution it was possible to come up with a button to call the waiter. Further, after accepting the order: 1 did not duplicate the order; and 2 did not specify when to serve cappuccino. I wanted a cappuccino after I ate it hot, but I dreamed earlier and for some reason it had already cooled down. I ordered pasta "carbonara" is not tasty. I really wanted to eat, so I had to eat it. But I haven't eaten such delicious food at the restaurant level for a long time. Only the interior saves. The rest is all low in level. It doesn't reach the restaurant.

Delicious, interesting dishes, but quite expensive. You can eat well during a business lunch, there are not bad portions for reasonable money. The Museum of the Ministry of Emergency Situations is located in the same building, but it is not easy to get there. You can go on a guided tour, make an appointment in advance. We were not allowed to just buy a ticket and see the exhibition.

I happened to get to this place for a gastrofest, the set itself was very tasty, the waiter Vladislav is good at his job, which lifted the mood, but a small nuance developed at the very beginning, our reservation could not be found, they called everyone they could, and when we clarified that we would not be 4 people, but 5, they laughed right in the face with the wording "but your table is for 4", not a very pleasant situation, but again the food and service fixed everything. Thanks for the non-alcoholic Sangria on the menu.

Something needs to be done with the kitchen, the prices are a little above average, but the kitchen is the bottom! Everything we ordered is not delicious. Borscht with lard, it's just salted water, tomatoes in a salad with duck that are not listed on the menu, pancakes are yellow in the truest sense, and they are not tasty at all, not hot, but heated)) The interior is not bad, the waiters are friendly, but otherwise the BOTTOM! OF COURSE, NOT A FOOT TO YOU ANYMORE.

A wonderful place!
Especially if you want to have lunch in the center of Minsk. A balance in all respects, namely: quickly and deliciously cooked food, with an interesting combination of ingredients, a variety of dishes, serving and their styling, a good portion size and, most importantly, at reasonable prices (especially if for takeaway). Perhaps there are no alternatives from this point of view.
PS The interior is for an amateur, but definitely the atmosphere of the fire station has been preserved (as far as it is possible for a restaurant). In general, this is the "feature" of this place - identity as a fundamental criterion. It is expressed in a combination of unexpected solutions, approaches, elements, ingredients, etc., in everything, including dishes. The result is worthwhile and deserves at least attention and at least one visit to understand what the optimal solution for the restaurant business means without inadequate "distortions".

We were in Minsk for 2 days, I wanted to eat local cuisine. But in the restaurant in the evening there was nothing from what was chosen on the menu - there was no soup (unfortunately I don't remember which one I wanted to order), there were no draniki (of any kind), and a few more dishes, and even a cocktail. I had to list items from the menu to be told what was available. As a result, we ordered ribs (hard, it was impossible to tear off the bone), chicken with zucchini and eggplant (there was no eggplant), marbled chicken fillet (just boiled breast). The steak was ordered deep-fried medium well - it was brought fully fried. Not tasty. I had to ask for the devices. We cooked for a very long time, despite the fact that there was only one table in the hall besides us. You won't wait for waiters. I do not advise categorically
