In fact, the food is stable 3, the pancakes are fatty, the meat is too dry for them, steak with eggplant - steak is normal, eggplant porridge malasha (maybe this is the chef's vision).... 4 for the friendly waiter girl. The interior is interesting, but you won't be satisfied with the interior.

Pros: Cool interior of the fire station
Cons: Long serving of dishes, deep-fried dishes were fried in old oil and had an unpleasant taste.
Cocktails are generally OK, the tincture is average.
We won't come back next time, we can't recommend it to our loved ones.

I gave two points only for the idea and design! Otherwise, a complete failure. I have never tasted a Rib Eye steak worse in any restaurant in Minsk, Moscow and St. Petersburg. Of course, the boss may have been feeling unwell and in a bad mood, but the fact remains. Extremely unhurried service is only suitable for those who have nowhere to spend their time. We were very pleased with the waiters, who do not record the order anywhere, hinting at the highest class of service, but at the same time forget some items and bring them from the third reminder and are no longer in place. The borscht, which I forced without trying to finish eating the child, was oversaturated with vinegar so that it was not possible to eat it. I highly recommend not visiting this institution, so as not to spoil your mood.

It will be interesting for children in such a restaurant. There is also a fire department museum in the same building. If you eat there during the day on weekdays, you can get to the museum. The entourage is 10 out of 5. But the menu is somehow modest. Standard borscht and draniki. If you somehow modify the menu, add a fire-fighting theme, it will get better. So, for example, we ordered ribs and they were set on fire and stewed with sauce, but it was not clear from the menu. Also standard for many places is a reserved table near the window, which was empty when we arrived and remained empty when we left.
Conclusion: it's definitely worth going for the interior.

We came to the gastrofest on September 05. This is not the first institution that we visited as part of this project. I am very disappointed with the deception of the guests. The stated weight of 1600g. does not correspond at all. It can be safely divided into two, because compared to the fact that there are exactly two times less in the pictures. The ribs are practically bare. Everything is cold. Instead of bacon, store-bought ham of the "kavalochek pa belaruska" type. The ice cream in the dessert is not a sundae. The biscuit looks like an old gingerbread.Etc...And all the dishes don't taste interesting. The only thing that pleased me was the serving of dishes. But the waiters there always work at a good level. And only for this I give two stars.

We were in this place during the gastrofest, the interior is quite interesting, stylized like a fire station on the level. The waiters are friendly, the service is excellent.
And then the cons went, the dishes are presented as something incredible, in fact it does not work out that way, you can immediately see the savings on everything, "less meat, more mayonnaise" - it seems that this is the motto they adhered to when cooking dishes. Of the whole menu, I liked only the wine and olives, which they do not make themselves and cannot spoil.
The festival is a festival, but this is how a negative impression is created about an institution where they are trying to squeeze out more benefits and are not focused on customers so that they want to return... But alas and ah!

But it's expensive for such food, there are places with better food and more delicious dishes, except for a fire truck and a historic building, there are no more chips. Somehow, the serving of dishes was at least theatrically beaten or cooked more tastily. For me, just for once, I didn't want to come back anymore.

We ordered a set and a beer. We waited forty minutes for our bill to be ready, and during that time they didn't even bring BEER!!! How is that, Carl? I understand that I'm in a hurry, but I can't even bring two glasses of beer in forty minutes
