Objectively, for your money, a normal hotel, friendly staff, good location from Halc metro station and bus station 5 minutes walk, to Hagia Sophia in 20 minutes. I've read reviews about bedbugs, but they weren't there during the week. Breakfast is normal for the money that was paid (tea, coffee, juice, boiled and fried eggs, sausage, olives, jams, biscuits, fresh vegetables), our family had enough before lunch. The rooms are a little tired, but they are clean. We've been to a lot of different hotels, but when you come to Istanbul, you come to walk and watch, not sit in a hotel.

The Grand Bazaar adjoins it, so there will never be cleanliness there. And there is no point in repairing rooms at the hotel - only those to whom location is more important than comfort will go here. As I said, you can spend the night, the beds are clean. Our room was even cleaned once. Regarding bedbugs: we didn't have any in our room. The tourists from the next room said that one was captured alive. Although they are Muscovites and whether they have ever seen a live bug is not clear. But there is such information.
