Objectively, for your money, a normal hotel, friendly staff, good location from Halc metro station and bus station 5 minutes walk, to Hagia Sophia in 20 minutes. I've read reviews about bedbugs, but they weren't there during the week. Breakfast is normal for the money that was paid (tea, coffee, juice, boiled and fried eggs, sausage, olives, jams, biscuits, fresh vegetables), our family had enough before lunch. The rooms are a little tired, but they are clean. We've been to a lot of different hotels, but when you come to Istanbul, you come to walk and watch, not sit in a hotel.

The whole hotel is smoky. Go into the lobby of the first floor — people are smoking there, which is why all the rooms are smoky. As a result, all the clothes are smoked, if you open the door from the room, everything is checked. When we checked in, we were put in a cubicle without repair, which apparently wasn't even cleaned: there was a bottle of water in the refrigerator, and mold was also present; the walls were shabby, and there was nowhere to turn around in the room. When we went to find out that we had paid for the standard, we were told that all the rooms were the same, but the next day we were still moved to another room. It wasn't much cleaner there, even though the floors were washed before we moved in. Cockroaches are running everywhere. The hotel needs renovation. There is no sound insulation — you can hear everyone coming up the stairs, as if they were talking under your ear. The hair dryer in the room was not working, they brought us a worker instead. The staff speaks Russian, so they will understand you. The breakfasts are the same, the same thing every day. The sausage was a strange color, but the cats ate with pleasure.
