He turned the piece right and left, saying that it did not belong to them. I also stated that the disassembly fitting gun was a Rico brand and that I bought it from them. Then, the employee threw the piece to the ground as if swearing and said 'take it to the trash' to the other employee friend, he behaved in a rude way. I didn't want to cause trouble in the morning and I kept quiet. I asked for a picture of the pistol that he claimed did not belong to them, they sent it from the company, and I showed it to the employee, I said that the picture of the disassembly attachment pistol that you threw to the ground, which you said did not belong to us, is here, you can take a look. He looked and was embarrassed. He got away with the disrespect he did. I paid and left. In this difficult market, while we are struggling to keep companies afloat, some employees are ungrateful for where they eat bread. I am complaining, Istoc Karakuş from a hardware store employee. After all, I am also the owner of the company and I am a customer. I was mistreated on the doorstep where I wanted to shop with my money. This situation has made me very sad. As a Rico customer, I want the necessary things to be done; I want the company officials to look at the camera recordings of the date and time I gave and make the necessary warning to their employees and remind them of their responsibilities to the customer.
