Well, both my husband and I are coffee lovers. Sometimes in hotels you can drink a good cup just in lobby bar, here the coffee is good everywhere you order it, in the main restaurant, at the beach or in the bar. It’s the same, good quality! Another think that I appreciate a lot is that there is no crowd everywhere and it feels relaxing, you do not hear plates and forks noise in the restaurant, you do not hear screams at the beach and you do not see crazy drunk tourist at the bar, everyone is just well mannered and polite, both the workers and the tourists. The whole territory is well maintained and clean. Also, premium quality alcohol everywhere, really admirable the choices, I have tried even Prosecco and it was a good one! Colloseo dry, pleasant taste! Service at the beach is just fantastic and I say I genuinely, they don’t forget about you and they make your stay at the beach all day with pleasure. We were coming first and going last from the beach because sea is what is first thing we are coming for in Bodrum ! The climate and here the beach is really good! Especially for kids, warm entry, safe , sandy! Well, another big value to the hotel it’s GODIVA CAFE with tasty desert and coffee choice! The deserts isn’t just looking good for the eyes, they tastes delicious and it’s clearly made from premium ingredients, as most desserts in hotels just look good but taste like simple sugar candy, here is not like this, and honestly I did not remember when I eat last time dessert in the hotel. The brilliant of our stay was Italian a la carte Olivo, where food tastes exactly like in Italy, and where you feel spoilt with attention and care from personal. Especially thanks to Emre who was serving us there, he did it so elegant and professional like in his he Michelin restaurant! It’s 10 out of 10 for food and atmosphere! Tip, our favorite from the menu was carpaccio and don’t even try to skip the desserts, pana cotta and tiramisu are out of this world! 🫶🏽 Spa center is very good also, elegant and cozy. But when it’s good weather outside we did not wanted to loose time staying inside, I guess i would like to stay more there in October when it’s gets more cold. Internet connection on the beach is good! For us working remote was also huge plus! In numbers also the internet is working properly! Good cleaning in room and amenities. Comfortable bed and 2 set of pillows. Life music in the evening which is pleasant end of the day. My kid enjoyed fly yoga and sound healing , the island which is a relaxing zone for walks and it’s like from the movies. You feel so quiet there and relaxed. There are hammock there and music . Cosmic experience. We stayed here in the end of August beginning of September! Outside temperatures were 30 and water temperature 28! So comfortable! Also want to mention Tursynay and Vahit who where serving us in Kalamata a la carte and people’s restaurant at the beach. Her genuine smile and care was appreciated by my family! The sup yoga class is out of this world experience. So relaxing and different from all the sports from the seaside! All toghether made our 9 nights stay here fabulous! Of course there are some weak parts but they were shadowed by the strong parts. Если вы хотите отдохнуть в стиле wellness, спокойно и непринужденно это отличное место. Начнем с плюсов, отменный кофе, причем везде, не только в кафе но так же и на пляже и во всех ресторанах. Сервис на пляже замечательный, очень внимательно подходят и выбор напитков премиум качества радует. Пляж чистый, песок , вход в море удобный , если у вас дети можете спокойно ехать с ними сюда. Вода одно удовольствие; мы проводили на пляже весь день, с 8 до 19:00 вечера; так же есть ресторан а ла карт который с 12:00 до 18;00 вас примет и можете по меню заказать обед или снэк не тратя время идти в главный ресторан. Здесь есть кафе Godiva которое работает с 12:00 до 19:00 , десерты там невороятно вкусны, это редкость для турции где обычно десерты имеют вкус сахара и не более, но здесь чувствуется хорошие ингредиенты, как в кафе Европы. Звездой отдыха я бы отметила Итальанский а ла карт olivo , где атмосфера и блюда переносят тебя в Италию , живая музыка, отменный карпачо, равиоли и паста нам запомниться надолго . Плюс обслуживание уровня изысканного ресторана от Emre , нам повезло именно с ним, очень профессионально, ненавязчиво и приятно создал атмосферу. Похвала шеф повару и ему за это огромное! Хороший интернет на пляже и везде, это огромный плюс для нас кто работает дистанционно и зависят от телефона нон стоп. Уборка номеров хорошая, кровать удобная и разные типы подушек. Девушка из Kalamata Tursynay зделала наш отдых красивым и незабываемым! Очень приятная и очень милая девушка! Мы заболели все по очереди и guest relation были очень внимательны, привезли нам лекарства. И за болезни в этот раз мы не выезжали за отель но это не испортило нам отдых…. Мы насладились им на все 100. Благодарна Зейнеп и Эмиру за все их старания! Dacă ar fi să spun ce mi-a plăcut cel mai mult la acest hotel ar fi cu siguranță plaja! Serviciile impecabile și deservirea la plajă merită mențiune și apreciere! Deservirea peste tot poartă marca Rixos , la fel și calitatea alcoolului și a mâncării. Recomand a la carte Italian în mod special, mâncarea și servirea profesională ne-a teleportat în Italia! Muzica vie seara în bar un mare plus de asemenea! In general conceptul hotelul e unul destul de liniștit și relaxant! Publicul foarte plăcut și liniștit, educat și manierat

The hotel was our choice because we have been visiting the place for many years. The beach is very nice due to sand and shape of the bay. The food though wasn’t what we expected, however we can’t say it was bad. The room amenities were not so good (the shampoo, gel etc) - we had to ask for a substitution. The territory is getting a bit old already. We were denied the access to Kleopatra a la carte restaurant, even though for all previous years we were having the access to it - this means that there is no track record of the loyal clients and as soon as you get out of the certain category of a room, you are not interesting for the hotel (no matter how much history you have with them). At the same time would like to thank the assistants who were helping during our stay at the hotel - the team was responsive and helping (special thanks to Zeynep!).

I will share all my experiences at Rixos Premium Bodrum without filtering. First of all I would expect more modern, newly designed rooms. When we entered the room it was stinky in the bathroom, we directly contacted our assistants Yelda and Berkan and it was solved very fast by upgrading our rooms (excellent). In the upgraded room we also contacted our assistants because of a noise complaint we had about the upstairs neighbors. Yelda helped solving this very quickly which we were very happy with. On day 2 of our holiday we ate something from the lunch-buffet which gave my girlfriend a reaction because of her food allergy. This was a pity because we paid very good attention to the QR-codes with the allergy information about the meals. We were not happy with this because the allergic reaction could be deadly to her and because it felt like we were falsely informed about the ingredients. This had cost us one day of our holiday because of sickness unfortunately. We spoke to Yelda in the evening about this and she gave us very good solutions like having lunch at the a la carte restaurant called People’s where the chef would find us to talk about the allergy situation so that it would not happen again. This was very suiting for us and so far we are able to enjoy the delicious foods! We really liked the personal contact with the assistants. This was our first time experiencing this service and we feel very special and it’s very nice because of the fast service. We spend most of our days sunbathing by the pool. The service here is also fast and good like the towel service. One thing we don’t like is that some people ‘reserve’ a bed in the morning at the towel person (probably by giving a tip) and never show up or are gone for almost the whole day. It became busy in the hotel and difficult to find good places at the pool. We are very happy with the room cleaning. They clean everything very good. Also the waiters are very fast which is very nice and everywhere you look you see a friendly face which makes you feel welcome and comfortable. We also really like the daily activities, you never get bored here! For example we joined the pool activities in the afternoon and really liked it because of its professionally and it’s just very fun. At the spa we got a very detailed tour about the facilities and were very surprised how big it is. We enjoyed our afternoon in the sauna and steam room very much. Although the massages or turkish hammam are a bit expensive. We didn’t chose for those services because of this reason, but still could enjoy of the other facilities. They also have an extra pool there for ultimate relaxation. Overall, so far we are very happy with the employees and service from Rixos, although there are some things that could be improved which are mentioned in this review.
