The hotel is 18+ (there are no children), there are not many Russians, we really liked the location (quiet, calm) We took an all-inclusive package: breakfast, lunch, dinner, 2 bars + on the beach, 1 round-the-clock (good coffee is brewed), all with local drinks - dark rum was to our liking))), the European choice was not great, we had a flight from Sheremetyevo for about 13 hours, the carrier Nordwind Airlines- a large plane (takeoff and landing are comfortable), the amenities are so-so (13h. it was not easy considering my height of 190cm. - very tight) round-trip flights without delays Online check-in, seat reservations are available (we took advantage) We arrived before dinner, checked in quickly (we were escorted, everything was shown) The room is a little old, there was no hot water (( . A day later, without any problems (a Russian-speaking employee came across at the reception), moved to the 1st floor (garden view) A normal room, not new, but everything is in working order - safe, TV (there are 1-2 channels in Russian), air conditioning, bathroom, toilet, washbasin, balcony. The bed linen and towels are not very clean, but they seem to be clean. The territory of the hotel is not small, everything is clean (constantly cleaned), 2 pools (we visited only one, it was cool and the ocean was stormy) everything is very decent. The food wasn't very good, but we had enough. All the staff is friendly and helpful. The beach is just outside the hotel, it's clean, there are almost no people, the ocean is beautiful (the purest), small fish, pelicans. Overall (if you don't find fault) we liked everything!

The hotel is good. A magnificent beach. There is always an interesting performance in the evening - songs, dances, a magician's show. There are two pools. The staff is very friendly.
The room has air conditioning!(it is the air conditioner, not just something blowing out of the wall). The room itself is certainly not the newest, but you are not in a 5* hotel either. There is a refrigerator (working flawlessly), a small balcony too, a safe (in our room, however, it did not work, but you can easily solve this by contacting the administrator). The room was cleaned every day.
The territory is quite spacious, lots of greenery. Every morning they clean up fallen leaves, dry grass, etc. in general, cleanliness and comfort)))there are animators and entertainers like chess, darts, table tennis.
The food is not very varied, but you will not stay hungry. You can eat lobster in a la carte. Delicious)

We were in Cuba for the first time. According to the stories of friends, they did not expect anything cosmic from the hotel. The hotel was pleasantly surprised. The location was very convenient for us, at the very beginning of Varadero. From here you can walk to the pelicans in 10 minutes to Cafe Al Capone. The tourist bus stop is 5 minutes away. The staff is friendly, well done. As I understand it, the food is the same everywhere, so you need to look when you check in, if something is not in your hotel, it means there is not everywhere. Eggs were always for breakfast and in different forms. There was no butter and desserts. Everything else is fine. And of course the ocean! It's magical, the beach is super! And, about tourists, 80% are Canadians, the rest are a mixture of Russians, Cubans, and Europeans... In general, I recommend it!!!
