I had a rest in the 1st building, I really liked everything, I didn't want to leave at all, we left with tears in our eyes. The windows overlooked the pool, and the food was delicious, varied, and homely. For breakfast, there are two types of porridge, cottage cheese, milk, eggs, or scrambled eggs and other various goodies. The soup was always different for dinner, I liked it very cheesy, the second choice, cheese, vegetables, sausage, sausages were always present, the pastries were very tasty. Everyone around the hotel and outside is very friendly, they will always tell you when they asked how to get to the waterfall, they even conducted an excursion and showed you how to get back another way. In short, my family and I are thrilled!!! It's a 5-minute walk to the sea, near Magnit, KB, next to Magnit there is a local self-service store, so it's cheaper there than in Magnit, for some reason KB is cheaper than in my city, a Ferris wheel, a football field where concerts were held, all the sights are within walking distance, a cave, a waterfall, a park, the observation deck, we climbed the Anakopian fortress, the view from there is beautiful, everything is on foot. The beach is always very clean, equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, the caretaker will always help to open the umbrella, there is Wi-Fi. The only thing was not comfortable, there was no mirror in the room, we crowded into the toilet or watched TV, but everything we needed was present, refrigerator, Wi-fi, TV, closet, shower. We cleaned every day, changed towels every other day, changed bed linen once, toilet paper is reported as needed. Towards nightfall, we sat in gazebos, drank wine with pizza, played uno and other board games on the swing. In general, the vacation went well, I want to go there again. And most importantly, choose a company that you feel comfortable with, then wherever you are, you will have a rest for everything.

I was in July 2025, I lived in building 2, third floor. The location of the hotel is excellent, the view from the room to the Novoafon Monastery is simply wonderful, a river flows under the balcony, sometimes it smells bad, but it's not critical, you can survive. The room itself is not bad, it has air conditioning, a kettle, a small refrigerator, a TV with multiple channels, and wi-fi. Sanitary equipment is all serviceable, clean, hot water without interruptions. The bed linen is snow-white, towels are changed regularly, and the trash is taken out daily. But the downside is the light, it's so dim, the room itself is in dark colors, and this light is just overwhelming. And the extra space for the child is terrible - an ordinary cot with a wire base, and already half of these wires and springs need to be repaired. The hotel has a swimming pool, which is quite deep, the water is clean and warm. The food is served in a closed dining room, the air conditioner is on. The food is homemade, a buffet, for me, my husband and child there has always been something to choose from and what to eat, there are no complaints about the food, everything is fine. The hotel has an elevator, so you don't have to carry heavy suitcases up the stairs. The hotel staff are neither evil nor kind, they just do their job, without rudeness, but also without enthusiasm. Overall, I am happy with my stay at the Rodina hotel, building 2, I recommend it.

We discovered this wonderful place a few years ago. Since then, we have been staying only here. New Athos is the most beautiful city in Abkhazia, there are many interesting and beautiful things here. The hotel itself attracts the location, close to the sea, close to all the infrastructure, has its own comfortable beach with all the attributes: sun beds, umbrellas, a huge bar, water activities. Near the hotel there is a park area, a mountain river, a beautiful Ferris wheel. We live in 1 building, the view from the window is amazing, there are 2 swimming pools, 2 buffet meals a day (the food is delicious and varied, friendly staff, we eat on the veranda with the cleanest air, next to the noise of the mountain river, this is what made us fall in love and conquered, next to the decoration in the illumination of the Ferris Wheel. ) The reception hotel has 24/7 nice administrators who are ready to solve any issues, from everyday to calling a taxi. The rooms are comfortable, there is everything you need, daily cleaning, everything is clean, there are no complaints, there is a refrigerator, a hairdryer, hot water without interruptions, a huge balcony with furniture and a dryer, an ironing area on each floor. The hotel has its own tourism manager, Madeleine, a sweet and client-oriented girl, organizes tours of Abkhazia, excursions, and a transfer to the airport or border can also be ordered here. The prices are normal and affordable. We visit different places on each new trip, this time we were at Lake Ritsa. I thank the staff and the management of the hotel that it is getting better every year, it is clear that there is a productive host. Keep it up ! We will definitely come again , perhaps even to the new 3rd building , which is being completed and judging by the scale, everything will be Super luxurious there.
