Total days of stay 7 nights: 1- The start was with the reservation department which is dismissed with lies and changing prices 2- The reception employees giving wrong informations about the rooms and lies. Not smiling, seems like someone forced them to work!!! 3- The room is okay because it's old 3 stars hotel 4- The reception said that it's a family hotel or/and connecting rooms but it's not

The hotel is 3*, but the location is good:within walking distance of Emirates Mall, Carrefour, Lulu, metro, bus station, from where there is a direct 105 bus without stops to the Flower Garden. There are many cafes nearby where you can have a snack at affordable prices. The hotel is small, some rooms have balconies, there is a tea and coffee station and water in the room, everything is replenished daily. The cleaning is of high quality. The staff is friendly.They don't speak Russian, but they know how to use an online translator. WiFi is stable.The only thing is the breakfasts:designed for adults, the assortment is small, but you will not stay hungry, but it will be difficult to feed a small child. I definitely recommend it
