We had a vacation in Turkey in August. In the city of Side, the hotel was chosen by Lago. Excellent five by the sea, cozy and clean rooms, a wide variety of food, many bars by the pools and by the sea. The hotel has a water park with 12 slides, a 16+ Maldivian sand pool, which is very convenient for young couples, but there is also a similar pool for kids on the opposite side of the hotel. Every day there are dinners with different themes. I really enjoyed the seafood dinner, and there is also a chocolate fountain with fruits. There are always enough free sun beds on the beach, the beach area is private. We thank Lyudmila for helping us choose this hotel and answering all our questions. We got a great room with a sea view. Very good prices and a large selection of hotels.

We contacted this company to organize a vacation at sea. We haven't flown to the sea yet. But, there are already problems with the payment. On Friday, 05.09, we were charged for the tour at the exchange rate of that day. They wrote the amount. They said you can pay on Friday and Monday. We have written the time before which you can pay. Everything was paid on 09/08/2025 at 10:00. As a result, on 09/09/2025, I find out that the courses changed on Monday and I need to pay a large amount. No one warned me that the amount would change on Monday. If I had known, I would have paid on Friday. To avoid paying extra. Of course, I want to rest. And there is no choice about payment anymore. But it's scary to think what will happen next. Maybe we 'll end up being taken to the wrong place?
