Очень плохой отел. Тараканы, кондеционеры не работают, люди в большинства комнатах спят живут в жаре. Администрации безналично, по любым вопросам ни чего не предпринимают. Весь ремонт разрушен. Течи в номере. Электрика тоже разрушена, лампы не светят. Таких 5 звездных ,а по факту дал минус 5 я ещё не встречал. Еда однобразная. Бассейн был зеленым зацвел , два дня в таком состоянии. Большинство работников хамят особенно в зоне спа. На запросы отремонтировать кондей так ничего и не было сделано. Гиду фансана было всеравно. Самый отвратительный отдых. Пляж маленький в тени после обеда. Не позагарать.

There are also no bathrobes, toothpaste, or disposable brushes in the rooms (let me remind you of a 5-star hotel). Rooms are cleaned, to put it mildly, without fanaticism. Well, in general, the impressions are not bad, to the center of Kemer for shopping 10 minutes on foot.
