Hello, everyone! Me and my 12 y.o. son stayed here from 24 Dec 2024 till 5 Jan 2025 and were very happy with our choice. The nice reception and the whole staff of the hotel were very kind and friendly towards tourists, all the problems were solved at the moment. The whole staff is very competent in their work. Special thanks go to the restaurant's staff. Guys, thank you for listening to our requests about preparing not too much spicy meals (you remember, Max suffers from asthma), for your extremely delicious dishes for dinner/lunch. The third thanks goes to the driver who took us to the Al Khan beach every morning and back! We miss our holidays over there already! We hope to see you again when we visit Dubai next time. We had a rest in early February 2020. Helpful staff, very friendly, well done!))) It was clean, bottled water, tea, coffee, etc. were brought every day. They do their job well. The food is monotonous, but satisfying enough!) The only drawback is the inconvenient time for the bus to leave for the beach and back...There weren't always enough sun beds near the pool, but they quickly found an alternative, which once again confirms my words about the responsive staff)) The location is wonderful. There are shops with very good (low) prices within walking distance, which is also very important for tourists) The weather did not disappoint!) Heated swimming pool) In general, if you are flying to the emirates for the first time, then this is an ideal option)

The room is not bad, good curtains, beds, bed linen. There is a microwave, refrigerator, safe, kettle. Take the adapter to charge your phone. The hotel is urban, but the location is not convenient. Walking somewhere is a problem, crossing the road is another quest. Sharjah is a construction city. A huge disadvantage is the abundance of uncivilized Chinese. Who scream loudly and sweep away food in their path like a horde of locusts, they can pour juice or throw orange peels into your plate. In addition, there is a mosque nearby, at least at night you wake up from a loud call to prayer. The staff does not speak Russian, they spoke through a translator on the phone. Regarding food: monotonous and tasteless, but tolerable. I didn't like that they gave me one towel, but they changed it every day. They did not respond to requests for more money. Two people were given 1 pair of slippers 1 washcloth. Towels were taken out of the room twice. There are a lot of shoals. Not a convenient transfer to the beach. I wouldn't have chosen this hotel a second time.
