A gorgeous hotel.
Of the advantages:
- modern, large hotel: there is a fitness room, a spa area, a large swimming pool, shallow, for insta-photo
- the rooms have everything you need: a safe, a kettle, tea accessories, an ironing board, an iron, a TV set, air conditioning, many sockets, a work desk
- we had a gorgeous view of the sea (no extra charge) and a balcony with a chaise longue, table and chairs for cozy gatherings
- good breakfasts and dinners - varied menu, delicious food
Of the cons:
- the level of service is 3-4, sometimes everything is perfect, and sometimes it feels like they forgot about you
- the air conditioner was turned on at 18 degrees in the room, we checked in late in the evening, warmed up the room for two days then
- there was no hair dryer and bathrobes in the room
- for long stays (over 3 days), a deposit must be made, the tour operator insisted on local currency, upon arrival at the hotel it turned out that it was possible in dollars: both cash and cashless

The food is all inclusive, but you have to understand that compared to Turkey, there is too limited a set of drinks, especially cocktails. Good afternoon. I want to share my impressions about this hotel, where I stayed from 23.04 to 29.04
Of the advantages:
1. Not a bad room, everything you need is available, relatively fresh renovation, beautiful bathroom.
3. The dinners are varied and delicious, Indian/Italian/Turkish and other cuisines are served.
4. Polite and cheerful staff in the restaurant area.
Minuses:
1. The sound insulation in the room is just utter hell. The door adjacent to the next room leads to the fact that all the time you stay in the room you can hear your neighbors no worse than each other. And they can be different, and large families, and two locals who came to relax for one night in the company of a lady of easy virtue, and so on. In response to a request to calm the neighbors screaming all night, there was complete inaction on the part of the reception and security. So also under the windows themselves (in our case, they faced the entrance area, 3rd floor) there is a club where dozens of cars arrive daily, and hundreds more taxi drivers circle all night waiting for customers. The visitors themselves, of course, do not behave quietly on the street, respectively, you can hear all this splendor perfectly.
2. Reception and room cleaning. The former generally don't give a damn about any problem, the latter are always messing with basic things like: put one towel instead of two, forget to add water, etc.
3. A pool with a maximum depth of 1.20 (and then in very rare places)- it's terrible, of course. Even though it's instagrammed.
4. Breakfast meals are meager, there is no variety from the word at all.
5. A shuttle takes you to the beach, but the beach itself is without umbrellas, which is critical in the UAE, to put it mildly. The water is not of the best quality, 10 meters after entering the water, the sand is replaced by viscous clay, mud and algae. The cleanliness on the beach itself also leaves much to be desired.
P.S. There is, of course, nothing to do with children here. There is no suitable food, there is no entertainment.

Minuses:

2. Far from Yas Island. By taxi ~80aed in one direction. I bought combos on ofits.Yasayland website: this hotel+ tickets, so I was counting on a free shuttle. Entrance to three parks for 14 days + three nights in this hotel for 4 people, hb cost only 150 thousand rubles, so we believe that it is still profitable, even riding a taxi back and forth. I'll start with the cons. !!! Upon check-in, they said that we had booked a room with separate beds. They offered to change it with an additional payment of 120aed per day!!!! For a second, the number was already worth 20t.r!!!

We took everything included. There are questions here too. We were given a paper in Russian where everything is written that we are supposed to. I personally went to drink cocktails all day at the pool! And I wouldn't overpay either...
The cocktail list is not the same as on paper at all. 2 badyagi with orange juice. And one with a Coke. When we asked about the ones listed on the sheet, they said that we were not supposed to!!))) This is for ultra.
Well, it's funny!!! It's just cocktails! Which by the way were in another emirate of this network. There is something to compare.
In short, we don't drink much..
After 2 days, everything in the room broke! The lights were blinking, the Wi-Fi TV was not working. We wait...
The only good thing is the food, and they didn't let me down with that again.

The hotel is located on the shore, but there is no beach of its own, so every day by boat at 10 am (at 13 o'clock back) and at 15 pm (at 17-18 back) they take you to the island. Drive 15-30 minutes, a whole boat trip with a great view of the city (free of charge).The island is only for hotel guests, no one else will be there. The island has a swimming pool, a bar, a toilet, changing rooms and a shower. But I didn't really like the sea, because there are algae and the bottom is muddy.
There is a swimming pool with a sea view on the territory of the hotel, there are many sun beds by the pool, towels can be taken in any quantity.
The room is nice with a beautiful view, but without a balcony (there is nowhere to dry things). The room has everything you need, but there are no bathrobes (which is strange for a 5-star hotel). Often the staff put fewer towels, but at the reception all issues were always quickly resolved.
The staff is very polite, the waiters remembered their preferences in a few days and brought drinks without questions.
Food is like everywhere else. On Saturdays, there is a belly feast at lunch, there are a huge number of sweets (beautiful desserts, very tasty sweets and a chocolate fountain), seafood, various cheeses. The rest of the days are also good food, there is always chicken, meat and fish - there is plenty to choose from. There are themed days when chefs prepare various dishes in an open kitchen (pasta, shawarma, noodles, hot dogs, burgers, etc.). There are always vegetables and fruits (watermelon, melon, pineapple, papaya), good pastries for breakfast.
There are very nice cafes, a supermarket and a pharmacy near the hotel within walking distance.
The hotel will always help you call a taxi. It is convenient to get to all the attractions by taxi in 15-30 minutes (15-75 dirhams) and on the spot.
Overall, the impressions about the hotel are positive.

On Saturday, the feast is a mountain - from sushi to desserts with gold. With the posted "take away my room", they cleaned up on the third day. The waiter has to be caught. There is never an employee at the coffee station. There is no animation at all in the Emirates. The pool is small, it's not the season - it's enough, it will be crowded in the season. There is no territory at all. The bed and mattress are good, the sofa for children is terrible - I tried to sleep on it, I couldn't sleep on the curved pieces of iron digging into the body. Calls and personal requests to the reception (you need a blanket, towels) do not lead to anything, as do repeated ones. You can take a boat that goes at 10 and at 15 to get to the hotel island, where you can swim in the sea, drink, eat, etc. But the cabins are locked, the pool on the island is dirty and generally neglected. It's a long way to the city beach. There is a very small shop within a 10-minute walk. To get to everything else only by taxi.

There is a special problem with the organization of evenings here. During the week (and now here is a post), closed parties were held on the territory of the hotel. And God be with these parties. If the administration did not close access to outdoor tables for guests. Tables in the open air were reserved for participants of a closed party. This dinner situation ruined everyone's impression. The feeling that foreigners, regardless of nationality, are second-class people here. Absolute disrespect to the guests.
There is no private beach. The beach on the island is not accessible every day and not to everyone. The cost of a trip to the island is 50 dirhams. At the same time, the visitor is left only for 2 hours, and then forcibly sent back. A humiliating situation.

We arrived at the hotel exactly at midnight, right on New Year's Eve.
We were quickly registered, given a room key and that's it, then the guys figure it out for themselves. There is no information where to go, on which floor our room is, where the elevator is, it was unpleasantly surprised on the move, but they wrote it off to the New Year's turmoil.
Room: spacious enough, the layout is beautiful. Gorgeous view of the bay from the window. There is a kettle, water, tea, coffee, ironing board with iron. Clean up every day, cosmetics are updated.
The bathroom is beautiful, but there were flaws in the plumbing, the watering can was leaking and the sink was clogged, the water was leaving badly. It was difficult to adjust the water, then boiling water pours, then frosty freshness.
The furniture is all new, modern, but the carpet is not monitored, it was in various spots for every taste.
You can safely communicate with your neighbors through the wall, you can hear perfectly.
Restaurant: we took a room with breakfast and dinner. The food has hardly changed all 6 days, you already know in advance where everything is. The waiters are very tired and elusive. By the time the coffee arrives, you've already had breakfast.
Beach: the hotel has a private beach on the island, where they take you by boat, it takes 15-20 minutes to swim. The trip to the beach is not free for everyone, it is better to clarify this point at the reception, as we were told that the trip costs 50 dirhams per room. The beach itself is not very clean, there is a lot of garbage from guests and partially construction debris is present. Shower, toilet, bar with food and drinks is present. Just don't forget to take the money.
After swimming a couple of meters from the shore, you stumble upon algae under your feet, so-so pleasure.
We didn't swim in the pool, I can't say anything.
The hotel itself and its territory are clean and well maintained.
There is nothing for children except a small children's pool. It will be difficult to feed the children with something useful, since the food is peculiar. With a child, I definitely wouldn't stay here.
If this is your first trip, then the hotel may pleasantly surprise you, but if you are a seasoned traveler, you will probably get a little sad from the discrepancy with the declared 5 stars at the hotel.
I would give 3 stars to the hotel, but I don't want to spoil the rating.

The rooms are clean, cleaned daily. If you hang a "do not disturb" sign, then the cleaning schedule is brought on the next day and you need to sign for the fact that you yourself refused to clean on that day (for reporting to them).
Upon arrival, we were disappointed that the three of us arrived, and the bed was not made for the child. I had to spend the first night huddling three on the bed. The floors were dirty and, in general, arriving at 23:30, I wanted to have a snack at least for a cut, considering that we paid for this day. They did not raise objections, in the morning they told the guide about it, she quickly resolved the issue with cleaning and bed.
Cosmetics "Elemis" in the shower.
Accessories: toothbrush, toothpaste, ear sticks, shower gel, conditioner, shampoo, body lotion.
Towels do not need to be thrown on the floor, they are changed anyway.
There was no balcony in the room, things were drying for a long time. The dryer is located in the shower (hidden system). There are rooms with a balcony, there are without a balcony, but all have a good view, either of the sea, or of the pier with boats and skyscrapers (a la Abu Dhabi City).
You can call a taxi at the reception without any problems, clarify anything. Russian is practically not spoken here, but there is Wi-Fi, an interpreter to help.
Whatsapp does not pull calls.
By food:
Breakfast: waffles, pancakes, beef bacon, cereal with milk, porridge oatmeal on water, toast, rustic potatoes or hash browns, croissants, rolls, muffins, sausages, boiled and fried beef eggs. Local spicy dishes.
Jams in jars are natural, without sugar. Delicious almond paste.
Lunch/Dinner: almost everything is spicy. There is little choice. You won't stay hungry, but it will be hard for the children.
There are young potatoes, there is mashed potatoes, but it feels like powdered. There are two types of rice. Potato chips.
Cheeses: with white mold, with blue mold, masdaam. There are very few nuts, literally a handful to cheese slicing for beauty.
There are two types of soups, one of them is also spicy.
During the week there was a closed corporate party, a lot of goodies were prepared for the Arabs, which we then ate 2-3 days in a row.
Desserts look beautiful, taste like they are being redone every day, covered with a new velour color and served as a new dessert.
Vegetables: chopped lettuce and grated carrots, canned corn, cucumbers, tomatoes.
Fruits: watermelon, melon, pineapple. There are no dates, although this is the country of dates.
Cons: there is no separate hot water in the cooler, juices in the morning are all diluted 50/50 with water it is impossible to drink.
The bartender on the beach and by the pool covers the receipt with his hand, attributing to you the positions that you did not take (apparently he then takes the drinks in tin cans), pretending that we do not notice. Constantly for each drink you need to sign a receipt, it was tiring, they did not understand why, if they still put on a bracelet with the all system, when checking in. (Bracelets are the last century, wide and through them the hand is not tanned ...)
There is no olive oil at the salad dinner, and considering that the dressings and sauces are all sharp, the child had to eat dry.
Reluctantly taken to the beach, twice refused at all and did not go, especially when there are few people going. They may refer to bad weather or windiness, although they have traveled to the wild wind more than once.
Considering that you come to the sea, and not to the pool, then after lying down for half a day you get allergic snot at the end of the day from the smell of bleach from the pool ... this point is very upset. Two days were thrown into the trash. 5-6 songs by A. Celentano were played in a circle for three days, both in the afternoon and in the evening. The boat departs from the hotel at 10 am. He returns from the island at 13 o'clock. The second check-in is at 15 o'clock there and at 17-18 (judging by the weather) back. You can stay all day without leaving at lunch. The island bar serves burgers and sandwiches with French fries. There are toilets, changing rooms, a swimming pool and children's trampolines.
In the evening, they constantly "rent" houses with sun beds by the pool to the locals for romance. This area is blocked.
An ambiguous opinion from this hotel. We travel a lot, we have something to compare with. Everything seems to be fine, but there is a sediment. The hotel is suitable for stays of up to 4-5 days and only in the season with good weather. My rating is 4. It still does not reach 5 stars.

We are vacationing with our family in hotels like 5 stars. But we put one, because they infringe on the Russians with their attitude, they don't notice us. Every evening they have events, as we understood, they are served for money on our hotel grounds, and we are provided with a small room for eating for dinner and a small number of dishes to choose from when those they serve have tables full of food. A separate topic with a boat to the beach. They try by all means to refuse to sign up for the beach, citing bad weather. The pool is not very deep, an adult will swim and cling to the pool tile with his knees. Deep disappointment from the rest and not cheap. I recommend not to come here. It is better to consider another hotel. Rest from 08.04 to 15.04.2023

We have been vacationing since January 31 at this hotel.
To begin with, upon check-in, we were given a room with a view of the parking lot. Although the hotel was empty..
The mini bar refrigerator is empty.
There's a problem with food, the bartender in tattoos is just terrible.
We had everything included, drinks were poured for us from exhausted Half-cups.
There is trouble with alcohol in the bar, you need to beg for everything.
Cola, fanta, sprite are banned!
It's the same thing at breakfast.. you won 't find anything but scrambled eggs .
There are no teaspoons, sticks were provided instead!
At the table, one napkin was given out for one person..

No dancing in the evening.

Five stars does not pull at all. Got into Ramadan, there is nothing, no music, no entertainment, nothing! The most game, it's dinner! Instead of the specified time, guests are fed at 20.40 because Muslims are fed at the proper time, for a fee, and not from the hotel, just locals who go to dinner after fasting! Dinner for guests is purely based on what they didn't finish)))). Otherwise, boredom is wild! The beach on the island by boat is 20 minutes, there is no beach, entering the water through the sand rotting with algae!! The pool at the hotel is good, the bar is 3.5. Room cleaning more or less! The hotel is for those who are willing to pay only for the pool. But good pools don't cost that much!))
