Overall a good hotel. The service is good, the staff is polite, the location is convenient very close to the center, everything is within walking distance.

A wonderful hotel. It is well located. You can walk to the theater and the Cascade in 10 minutes. Nearby cafes, restaurants, canteens. You can start any route in the morning from this hotel.
Friendly and helpful staff. Everyone is always helpful and kind. The economy room is always clean, the cleaning during the day is excellent.
Silence, there is an opportunity to have a good rest and wake up later.

The excellent location of the hotel in the very center of the city within walking distance to all attractions, pubs, restaurants with excellent cuisine. Nearby there are shops where you can buy food and alcohol around the clock.
The hotel has very cozy, warm rooms. They're not big, but they're all you need to eat.
The hotel is on Saryana Street, it is closed in the summer in June or July and a wine festival is held there for a whole week.
We were on old New Year's Eve, so there was an amazing illumination in the lobby of the hotel. A great place for photo shoots)
All staff speaks Russian, however, as does everyone in Yerevan)
The hotel is cool!! I highly recommend it to those who want to enjoy the sights of the city and the nightlife.

A very cozy hotel. Stayed here for 3 nights, really enjoyed it. We arrived at one o'clock in the morning, we were settled without any problems. The room was clean, cleaned every day. We were provided with towels, slippers and a new shower gel and shampoo every day. The hotel has good air conditioning, soft floors, I liked that you can turn on the air conditioner for heating.
The staff was very helpful, helped with everything they could. Everyone was very friendly, almost everyone spoke Russian.
After leaving, they left their bags until the evening, and walked around the city themselves. I definitely recommend it. The price/quality is perfect.

Everything is fresh and delicious. Great location. everything is nearby and there are shops and a lot of wonderful cafes along the street. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the square slowly.

The hotel is on Vinnaya street. That's how guides write, as it turned out later. You will not have to sleep peacefully if you go outside. Bars and restaurants are open until late at night!
The hotel itself is clean, in characteristic decoration and gold. The bed is huge and comfortable. The mini bar, as always, is priced three ways.
There is no battery in the bathroom. Towels hardly dry overnight. And there was no splash screen in the bathroom. No curtains, nothing.
But! The maids are wonderful! Cleaning every day. Towels are also fresh every day.
The conday works loudly. But without it, the room is also great!
Location, almost in the center of Yerevan.
At the reception, the guys are young and all nice.
It is possible to leave the suitcases in storage after you have left the room.

• beautiful facade and spacious lobby;
• modern elevators and doors in the rooms;
• a minibar with reasonable prices;

Minuses:
• the condition of the plumbing in the room: the faucet does not work well in the bathroom, there is no partition in the bathroom — after a shower, everything is in water;
• there is a wet carpet at the entrance to the room — apparently it is leaking from the bathroom;
• there is no view on the lower floors, there are bars on the windows, because they overlook a kind of veranda.

The whole hotel is one big "problem" (with) the staff.
Problems begin with the front door, the central revolving door does not work and there are no signs that it will not start spinning when you enter it. One of the elevators does not go to our floor, there is "just a problem".
I always take a room with a bathroom on all trips, so here she and the whole bathroom are the worst in many years. The bathtub is leaking, there is really a puddle of water on the floor from it, I called the hotel staff, they looked at it, shone a flashlight, said "there is no problem" and left. The tub continued to leak.
The shower is on the other side of the room, you can't take a shower in the bathtub, there's plenty of water on the floor, there's not even a shelf in the shower to put something on. In general, there is not a single surface in the entire bathroom where you can put things except the edges of the sink.
The Internet does not work, there is Wi-Fi, the Internet is cut off after 5 minutes and you have to reconnect, so the most interesting thing is that there is not even data with a password for Wi-Fi in the room.

Good staff, friendly, normal breakfast food. But the rooms are in the post-Soviet style, I would say.
The shower head of the stationary shower is very low in the bathroom, and the mount for the portable shower is broken, so it was extremely inconvenient to wash. The sink drain was broken and poured water straight onto the floor, and on the floor into the ladder.
One of the advantages is a good location. right on the street with restaurants.
I checked in here, to be honest, because my favorite hotel (3 stars, but 4 stars will be given a head start) was busy.

Guys, we stayed here for 1 night in early September 2024. The hotel is located in the center of the bohemian part of the city. The rooms are clean and bigger. But the service needs to be tightened. The very kind director Marina promised to do this for us. Well, then. We'll check it out on occasion.

Just in the morning, when you have to go, you will find that your car has been taken away from the hotel parking lot. And the hotel seems to be out of business.

Завтрак: на 4, вкусно, разнообразно, но если много посетителей одновременно, персонал не успевает убрать столы и пополнить завтрак/кофе/чай
Чистота: на 5
Комфорт, номера: на 4-, номер небольшой, двуспальная кровать в виде двух составленных кроватей, причем без общего матраса, пришлось просить/ ждать, чтобы перестелили
Интернет: на 3. На каждом этаже свои точки, очень нестабильная связь

В целом я довольна, у отеля много плюсов.
Расположение, чисто в номере, все необходимое есть, кроме чайника (его не хватало), хотя номер делюкс был. Добрый и вежливый персонал.
Помогли распечатать посадочный талон.
Из минусов - завтраки. Оччень скудно. В любое время. Советую просто брать отель без завтрака.

Расскажу про плюсы сначала.
1) расположение отеля.
2) номера довольно большие.
Вот больше плюсы заканчиваются.
Теперь минусы.
1) кровать самая неудобная на которой я спал. Матрас на столько жёсткий, что как будто на палу спишь.
2) в номере холодильник кондиционер работают так громко что спать тяжело. Приходиться выключать все. Но от соседей тоже все слышно.
3) звукоизоляция ужасная слышишь абсолютно все и соседей и улицу.
4) каждое утро горничная так громко с кем то разговаривает что не даёт поспать!!!
5) цена не оправдана.
6) перед бронированием просил одну кровать большую. Заселился а в номере две маленькие прицепили к друг другу !!
Одним словом ужасный отель !!!!! Никому не рекомендую!!!!
