Hello everyone
I recently visited the salon on Rokossovsky 18a and was absolutely delighted. The staff is very friendly. The flair girls were immediately guided by the assortment, prices and freshness of flowers! We have collected a beautiful bouquet according to all my wishes! And most importantly, quickly and efficiently.

Twice my son bought flowers at a store on Rokossovsky Ave. Conveniently located near the house. Therefore, the choice was obvious. Twice, my son was sold low-quality, stale roses that died literally a day later. The last time we wrapped one flower with a broken stem. That was the last straw. When I visited the store, none of the staff apologized. They spread their hands and said they didn't have any other colors. There was no answer to my question: would you buy such flowers for yourself? I used to buy flowers at the Rose Bel store myself, but after such an attitude I won't go there anymore. I highly do not recommend this store for buying flowers. There is practically no choice. The staff doesn't care about the client. I hope the company's management will draw conclusions from the feedback.
