Disgusting service and complete disrespect for customers! It's not the first time we've ordered flowers from this store, and each time they send us something completely different from what we ordered. It is especially unfortunate that before the wedding we ordered a certain variety of roses to make a bouquet for the bride — and instead of delicate pink flowers we got bright crimson ones, which made no sense at all. There is silence on our complaints and requests to sort it out. Not a single constructive response, no compensation, no desire to rectify the situation. Contacting support via a telegram bot is useless: no answers have been received, and no calls either. As a result, we had to urgently go to the nearest 24-hour flower shop and buy fresh flowers there. Another disgrace took place today. An hour before delivery, we received a call and were offered to choose other flowers, although the variety was available on the website. When asked what kind of roses they could offer, they replied that they were not even available on the website in the existing assortment — complete lack of professionalism. As a result, they sent a terrible likeness that does not match the order at all. I have not seen such a negligent attitude towards customers, terrible service and a complete lack of any responsibility for a long time. I will appeal to the relevant authorities and authorities for their ugliness and violation of contractual obligations. I do not recommend dealing with this store if you value your time and money!
