Yesterday, 08/28/2024, there was an order for 18.00, from the store on Pushkinskaya, 15 peach roses 40cm. The name is Yuri.
I asked for fresh flowers.
They did not stand for a day and wilted.
They stood in a lot of water and the ends were cut off by 2 cm before being placed in a vase.
And is this the bouquet offered by the company for the anniversary?
And what opinion can there be about such a "service"?
I am extremely disappointed in the service and the company.

Не так давно этот магазин открылся недалеко от меня, я была приятно удивлена широким ассортиментом цветов и готовых букетов на абсолютно любой вкус и кошелек. Все очень красиво, девочки, которые там работают приветливые, подскажут и помогут, в памятные даты звонят и напоминают о празднике, предлагают какие-то букеты по акции, ну и скидка тоже радует. Долго не могла определится с выбором букета на юбилей, в итоге взяла композицию в ящике, цветы простояли супер долго, я в восторге, теперь только к вам!

The worst
19.11 at about 14-00 I bought a bouquet of flowers. The girl packed them for me and everything was fine.
I came home ( I live in 10 min . from this store) picked up a bouquet to my wife, she liked everything, we put it in a vase with water on the table and it pleased the eye. But on 20.11, at 12-00 percent, 50+ flowers from the bouquet simply wilted (i.e. they stood for about a day and it's not hot in our square. we have no batteries, only pipes in the wall, an old house)
I immediately dialed the number that is in Yandex,

I took photos and videos and sent them, as well as described the whole situation. until the evening (19-00), I think no one answered or called. I then typed again and described the whole situation. I gave 70+ rubles for a bouquet , it 's not very cheap , but no one even wanted to consider the problem .even a discount of 5 percent was not offered, not to mention something more substantial.

Terrible flowers! I bought a bouquet for 75 rubles on February 14, gave it to a girl, and the next day it was already wilted. 1. If the bouquets are in the refrigerator at night, and you take them out every day during the day, this does not mean that the flowers are fresh.
2. If there is no exchange and no refund, then a discount could be made at least 50%, and leave a 10% discount for yourself, because it is unlikely that I will buy them from you again.
3. I see in the comments that people have already had such problems and the next day they were sluggish. So there are questions about your colors.
Conclusion: This network does not work for reputation and not in favor of the client, but stupidly for earnings!

I am very disappointed with the quality of the roses bought at the Rose store.It is located at 43a Pushkin Avenue. The roses were sluggish, dry and fell off the very next day after purchase. I think this is unacceptable for a product like roses. I contacted the seller with a claim, but he refused to satisfy my demands for a replacement or refund. He announced to me that I saw when buying what kind of flowers and in what condition they are, that is, all buyers must be florists when contacting this office!
I do not recommend buying roses in this chain of stores, since they do not correspond to the declared quality and are not worth their money, as well as no one will competently consult you there, they will only sell what they have lying around and ask for the trash. Цветы походу во всех их магазинах долеко не первой свежести.
Один раз (вроде бы на 8 марта) покупал букет роз возле ст.м. Спартивной, цветы начали вять уже на следующее утро.
Таже история произошла и на днях, вечером 8 сентября приехал после работы купить жене на День Рождения розы, продовцы утверждают что цветы свежие (каждый день привоз), сегодня вечер 10 сентября, цветы опустили свои бутоны, уже хочется их выбросить.

Пытались урегулировать ситуацию, чтобы не писать отрицательный отзыв - на встречу не пошли, поэтому описываю ситуацию как было на самом деле.
Покупал жене букет из тюльпанов на 8 марта (букет из 15 тюльпанов обошёлся в 67 бел. рублей, то есть тюльпаны её из дешёвых). В итоге мне продали закрытые тюльпаны. На мой вопрос к флористу: "Тюльпаны распустятся?", последовал ответ: "Конечно!".
В итоге сегодня уже 15 марта - из 15 тюльпанов распустились (и то не полностью) только 5. Это можно считать в принципе мошенничеством (умышленное введение покупателя в заблуждение с целью получения прибыли), ведь, если бы ответ флориста был: "50 на 50", - стал бы я покупать этот букет? Мне кажется, ответ очевиден - нет!
Мы обратились в офис данной организации спустя 4 дня (12 марта) с возникшей проблемой, на что получили ответ, что если бы обратились на следующий день, то есть на 9 марта, то мы бы урегулировали возникшую ситуацию. Но после этой фразы возникает большой вопрос к компетенции сотрудников-флористов, отвечающих подобным образом на обращения, так как бутоны пионовидных тюльпанов (как у нас) распускаются через 3-5 дней (к сожалению, пришлось этот вопрос также изучить). Ещё один интересный казус - сначала написала им моя жена, приложив фото и чек, на что сотрудники данной организации потребовали, чтобы покупатель (то есть я) с ними вышел на связь. Непонятно только с какой целью это было задумано, если они мне все равно собрались отказывать в урегулировании сложившейся ситуации.
Исходя из всего вышесказанного, данная организация не заинтересована в клиентах, их интересах, качестве обслуживания, а ориентирована исключительно на получение прибыли любым путем, даже путем обмана.
Крайне не советую обращаться к ним, если не хотите получить негативные эмоции и неприятный осадок на душе. Просто я себе представил, если бы на месте моей жены, оказались другие хорошо знакомые люди. Какого бы мнения они были обо мне, получив такой букет в подарок?
